Abstract

An apparatus may be configured to test a beverage, the apparatus may include but is not limited to, a food container, wherein the food container includes a material. An indicator may be combined with at least a portion of the material of the food container, wherein the indicator may be associated with a brand profile that may identify a brand of the food, wherein the indicator may visibly react when the indicator is contacted with the food to show whether the food is identified as the brand of the food, and wherein the visible reaction may be shown on at least the portion of the material of the food container via the indicator combined with at least the portion of the material of the food container.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

1 . An apparatus configured to test a food for brand verification, comprising:
a food container, wherein the food container includes a material; and an indicator combined with at least a portion of the material of the food container, wherein the indicator is associated with a brand profile that identifies a brand of the food, wherein the indicator visibly reacts when the indicator is contacted with the food to show whether the food is identified as the brand of the food, and wherein the visible reaction is shown on at least the portion of the material of the food container via the indicator combined with at least the portion of the material of the food container.

2 . The apparatus of claim 1 wherein the indicator visibly reacts when the indicator is at least one of contacted with a substance in the food included in the brand profile and contacted with the food lacking the substance in the food included in the brand profile.

3 . The apparatus of claim 1 wherein at least the portion of the material of the food container includes a film, and wherein the film includes the indicator.

4 . The apparatus of claim 1 wherein the brand profile includes a threshold level of a substance to show whether the food is identified as the brand of the food.

5 . The apparatus of claim 1 wherein the brand profile includes at least one substance to show whether the food is identified as the brand of the food.

6 . The apparatus of claim 1 wherein the indicator is combined with at least the portion of the material of the food container via embedding.

7 . The apparatus of claim 1 wherein the indicator is combined with at least the portion of the material of the food container via chemical bonding.

8 . The apparatus of claim 1 wherein the food container includes at least one of a bowl, a plate, and a food storage container.

9 . The apparatus of claim 1 wherein at least the portion of the material of the food container comprises a second material, and wherein the indicator is combined with at least a portion of the second material.

10 . The apparatus of claim 1 wherein the indicator is at least one of pre-attached and post-attached to at least the portion of the material of the food container.

11 . The apparatus of claim 1 wherein at least the portion of the material of the food container includes a molecularly imprinted polymer.

12 . The apparatus of claim 1 wherein at least the portion of the material of the food container includes a holographic support medium.

13 . The apparatus of claim 1 wherein at least the portion of the material of the food container comprises a logo.

14 . The apparatus of claim 7 wherein the indicator is chemically bonded to a monomer of a polymer of at least the portion of the material of the food container.

15 . The apparatus of claim 7 wherein the indicator is chemically bonded to a monomer of a co-polymer of at least the portion of the material of the food container.

16 . The apparatus of claim 7 wherein the indicator is chemically bonded as a self-assembled monolayer (SAM) to at least the portion of the material of the food container.

17 . An apparatus configured to test a food for brand verification, comprising:
a material; and an indicator combined with at least a portion of the material, wherein the indicator is associated with a brand profile that identifies a brand of the food, wherein the indicator visibly reacts when the indicator is contacted with the food to show whether the food is identified as the brand of the food, and wherein the visible reaction is shown on at least the portion of the material via the indicator combined with at least the portion of the material.

18 . The apparatus of claim 17 wherein the indicator visibly reacts when the indicator is at least one of contacted with a substance in the food included in the brand profile and contacted with the food lacking the substance in the food included in the brand profile.

19 . The apparatus of claim 17 wherein at least the portion of the material of the food container includes a film, and wherein the film includes the indicator.

20 . The apparatus of claim 17 wherein the indicator is combined with at least the portion of the material of the food container via at least one of embedding and chemical bonding.
