Postural recovery garment device system

Abstract

A wearable garment device, design, and method of manufacture that to support proprioceptive posture recovery and rebalance. The wearable device can be stand alone or integrated as lining into any outer apparel for daily wear with the additional therapeutic posture correction. The wearable device maintains breathability, comfort for daily wear, improves function, range of motion, and aesthetic appeal. A wear tech garment device and method of manufacture.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A garment device comprising: an outer layer and an inner layer, said outer layer and inner layer configured to provide instant posture correction. 
     
     
         2 . The garment device of  claim 1 , wherein the outer layer is any apparel, and the inner layer is a lining comprising a fabric body and a flexible strap,
 wherein the inner layer is woven to the outer layer to prevent cringles and allow proper and smooth movement of both layers on the wearer,   wherein the inner and outer layer are configured to bring the wearer's shoulders into corrected posture instantaneously.   
     
     
         3 . The garment device of  claim 1 , wherein the inner layer includes a fabric-flexible strap, combination. 
     
     
         4 . The garment device of  claim 3 , wherein, in use, the strap-fabric construct combination is stretched across the wearer's upper back, wherein the strap is pre-tensioned to proprioceptively activate and relax spinal and shoulder muscles in real time to instantly correct the wearer's posture. 
     
     
         5 . The device of  claim 1 , wherein the garment device is an inner layer of an outer garment, part of an outer garment, an outer liner of an outer garment, or a stand-alone garment. 
     
     
         6 . The device of  claim 1 , wherein the device is used for medical and non-medical uses to improve the wearer's posture and for posture training. 
     
     
         7 . The device of  claim 1 , wherein the device is used for sports performance and posture training for golf, swimming, and other overhead sports, for spinal correction, musculoskeletal alignment, athletic performance, training, Re-balance, recovery, rehabilitation, leisure-comfort, athletic-leisure wear, spinal muscle training, and combinations thereof. 
     
     
         8 . A two-garment construct comprising:
 an outer garment;   an inner device; and   a fabric strap connecting the outer garment to the inner device,   wherein, in use, the inner devices function to bring both the outer garment and the shoulders into balance and instantly corrects posture of a wearer.   
     
     
         9 . The device of  claim 8 , wherein the device uses real time muscle activation and relaxation, brings the shoulder blades closer to the spinous processes, reduces tension to the neck muscles, and brings the head in alignment with the spine. 
     
     
         10 . The device of  claim 8 , wherein the device reduces neck muscle and shoulder muscle tension on the wearer, with instant posture correction, and trains posture muscle balance for the wearer.
