Abstract

A spinning top toy is configured to spin in a first direction, where the spinning top toy comprising includes a shaft part, a main body part, and a mounting member. The main body part is detachably configured to the shaft part. The main body is arranged to be detached from the shaft body when receiving a first amount of impact in a second direction opposite to the first direction. The mounting member is detachably configured on an outer periphery of the main body part. The mounting member is arranged to be detached from the main body when receiving an second amount of the impact in the second direction. The first amount being larger than the second amount.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

1 . A spinning top toy configured to spin in a first direction, the spinning top toy comprising:
a shaft part; a main body part being detachably configured to the shaft part, the main body being arranged to be detached from the shaft body when receiving a first amount of impact in a second direction opposite to the first direction; and a mounting member being detachably configured on an outer periphery of the main body part, the mounting member being arranged to be detached from the main body when receiving a second amount of the impact in the second direction, the first amount being larger than the second amount.

2 . The spinning top toy according to claim 1 , further comprising
a locking mechanism being configured to restrict a relative movement of the mounting member with respect to the main body part in the first direction, and configured to allow the relative movement when the mounting member receives the impact.

3 . The spinning top toy according to claim 2 , wherein
the locking mechanism is configured to allow the relative movement when the mounting member receives a third amount of the impact in the second direction.

4 . The spinning top toy according to claim 1 , wherein
the mounting member includes a weight.

5 . The spinning top toy according to claim 1 , wherein
the mounting member is annularly formed.

6 . The spinning top toy according to claim 5 , wherein
a diameter of the mounting member is formed larger than a diameter of the main body part.

7 . The spinning top toy according to claim 1 , wherein
an external shape of the mounting member is formed different from an external shape of the main body part.

8 . The spinning top toy according to claim 1 , wherein after the mounting member is detached from the main body, the main body part is detached from the shaft part when the main body part receives the first amount of the impact.

9 . The spinning top toy according to claim 1 , wherein after the mounting member is detached, the shaft part and the main body part keep rotating while the main body is attached to the shaft part until the main body part receives the first amount of the impact.
