A computer implemented forward commodity transportation or freight capacity unit securitization method for airline transport, subway transport, train transport, automobile transport, autonomous vehicle transport, taxi transport, space transport, bicycle transport, motorcycle transport, bus transport, virtual transport, package freight transport, tractor trailer freight transport, cargo freight transport, container freight transport, underground transport, ship or sea transport, drone transport at a mobile or fixed computing device with a touch screen display or audio computer interface or computing device without a touchscreen or augmented mixed reality non-screen display comprising:
(a) inputting or receiving a from address and to address into a map routing server from user(s); (b) generating a plurality of routes between the from address and to address with transportation directions on a given date and time and specification from step (a); (c) generating instructions to locate virtual transportation hubs along the routes; (d) receiving instructions from user to modify or keep suggested virtual transportation hubs from step (c); (e) generating instructions for a computing device to apply one or more optimization techniques from the multi-hub request to pool users through a global positioning system network on a network of transportation hubs considering a variance of parameters to create a virtual hub contract pair or multi-hub combination which serves as a forward commodity transportation capacity unit security auction pricing point(s); (f) generating instructions to process user identity data against a plurality of international crime databases to pass security checks for the transportation unit security auction; (g) generating instructions for a computing device to determine the transportation commodity contract security specification for hub to hub delivery and receiving instructions from the user to input a bid or offer for a single unit of transportation capacity such as a seat unit or cargo space capacity unit on one or more forms of transportation between the hubs for a given specification; (h) generating instructions for a computing device to use a graphical user interface or audio interface to display the user(s) input of bids and offers of various users between two or more transportation hubs such that the users may buy or sell transportation capacity unit securities as a forward commodity auction on a disclosed route(s); (i) generating instructions for a computing device to match users for transportation capacity unit securities when the highest price of the bid queue is equal to the lowest price of the selling queue for a given hub contract combination; (j) generating instructions for a computing device to perform delivery routing instructions to the matched user(s) to perform delivery of the transportation unit security under the transformed fungible transportation unit contract security specification; (k) generating instructions to process banking, user account credit and general credit instructions for the transportation unit security contract; (l) generating instructions to route transportation unit securities based on price and communicate alternative price based routing combinations; (m) generating instructions to confirm the transportation unit security specification has been securitized to incorporate the data transformation of the following steps:
(i) transportation unit security secures the cost of cover legal concept defined as:
1. after a breach within the preceding transportation unit delivery section, the buyer of the transportation unit security may “cover” by making in good faith and without unreasonable delay any reasonable purchase of or contract to purchase another transportation unit in substitution for those due from the seller;
2. the buyer of the transportation unit may recover from the seller as damages the difference between the cost of cover and the contract price together with any incidental or consequential damages as hereinafter defined, but less expenses saved in consequence of the seller's breach;
3. failure of the buyer to effect cover within this method does not bar him from any other remedy;
4. incidental damages resulting from the seller's breach include expenses reasonably incurred in inspection, receipt, transportation and care and custody of transportation units rightfully rejected, any commercially reasonable charges, expenses or commissions in connection with effecting cover and any other reasonable expense incident to the delay or other breach;
5. consequential damages resulting from the seller's breach include:
a. any loss resulting from general or particular requirements and needs of which the seller at the time of contracting had reason to know and which could not reasonably be prevented by cover or otherwise; and
b. injury to person or property proximately resulting from any breach of warranty;
(ii) both buyer and seller of the transportation unit security have agreed to exchange a securitized transportation unit asset at a defined date, time and location with a specified quality;
(iii) the delivery date and time of the transportation unit may be anywhere from one minute ahead to many years into the future;
(iv) the specification quality of the transportation unit may have quality attributes as determined by a third party that have been determined as fungible or substitutable by the method for the transportation unit security specification;
(v) the transportation security unit may or may not be cleared by a clearinghouse or centralized credit facility to guarantee credit performance;
(vi) the transportation security unit incorporates the concept of force majeure as determined by a third party that relieves or suspends the buyer and seller of the transportation security unit from performance from liability or obligation when an extraordinary event occurred such as an act of war, strike, riot, crim or an even that is an act of God such as hurricane, flood, earthquake, volcanic eruption, lightening, tornado, etc. . . . );
(n) generating instructions for a computing device to interface networks, global positioning system networks, mobile computing devices, servers, forward commodity transportation market servers, grouping software for virtual hubs, map routing servers, transparent open access pricing servers, blockchain audit and safety servers, virtual hub servers, software algorithms for no arbitrage and constraint condition servers and a graphical user interface for the purpose of participating, transacting and/or trading on a forward commodity transportation capacity unit security auction.
