Modular container house building structure

Abstract

An architectural structure of a modular container house includes: a building body with plural floors each having at least one accommodating space with an external opening; at least one external access area longitudinally disposed at the building body, and each accommodating space being communicated with external access area; and plural container houses, respectively and movably disposed in the accommodating spaces through the openings, and at least one side board of each container house can be spread open and placed horizontally on a ground of each accommodating space, so that the interior of each container house is communicated with each respective accommodating space.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A modular container house, placed into an accommodating space inside a building body, comprising: at least one container house, movably disposed in each accommodating space, and at least one side board of each container house being spread open and placed horizontally on a ground of each accommodating space, so that the interior of each container house is communicated with each respective accommodating space. 
     
     
         2 . The modular container house according to  claim 1 , wherein each container house is substantially in a rectangular shape and has a roof and a bottom board parallel to each other, a first side board and a second side board parallel to each other, and a front board and a rear side board parallel to each other, and both of the first side board and the second side board have a width greater than that of the front board and the rear side board respectively, and the first side board and the second side board can be spread open and placed horizontally on a ground of each accommodating space, and each first side board faces towards each respective entrance/exit door. 
     
     
         3 . The modular container house according to  claim 2 , wherein each container house has a plurality of movable partitions, and each movable partition has a door or a window. 
     
     
         4 . The modular container house according to  claim 3 , wherein each first side board has a spread-open area equal to or smaller than each second side board, and when each container house is put into each respective accommodating space, each second side board faces towards each respective opening. 
     
     
         5 . The modular container house according to  claim 4 , wherein a wheel is installed onto the container house or a track device is configured to be corresponsive to each accommodating space, and a fixing device of a mechanical fixing means is installed between the container house and the accommodating space.
