Abstract

The present disclosure relates to therapies for the treatment of tumor, autoimmune diseases, or other diseases. In some embodiments, the present disclosure can relate to subject-specific selection of humanized antibodies targeting clonal lineage specific marker proteins.

1 . A humanized construct comprising:
 a. a first domain having an affinity for a clonal lineage specific marker protein (CLSMP); and   b. a second domain having an affinity for an effector antigen selected from the group consisting of CD3, CD28, CTLA4, PD-1, IL-2R, and Fc receptor.
