Abstract
A wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) comprises a receiver, a transmitter and a processor. The receiver and the processor are configured to receive a set of time patterns. Each time pattern indicates transmission times for the WTRU. The receiver and the processor are configured to receive an indication in a scheduling assignment. The indication in the scheduling assignment indicates at least one of the set of time patterns to use. The processor and the transmitter are configured to transmit based on the received indication.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) comprising:
a receiver; a transmitter; and a processor; wherein: the receiver and the processor are configured to receive a set of time patterns, wherein each time pattern indicates transmission times for the WTRU; the receiver and the processor are configured to receive an indication in a scheduling assignment, wherein the indication indicates at least one of the set of time patterns to use; and the processor and the transmitter are configured to transmit based on the received indication.
2 . The WTRU of claim 1 , wherein the processor is configured to combine the indicated time pattern with a second time pattern to determine a transmission time for the WTRU.
3 . The WTRU of claim 1 , wherein the receiver and processor are configured to receive a plurality of indications of time patterns in the scheduling assignment.
4 . A method implemented by a wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU), the method comprising:
receiving a set of time patterns, wherein each time pattern indicates transmission times for the WTRU; receiving an indication in a scheduling assignment, wherein the indication indicates at least one of the set of time patterns to use; and transmitting based on the received indication.
5 . The method of claim 4 further comprising combining the indicated time pattern with a second time pattern to determine a transmission time for the WTRU.
6 . The method of claim 4 further comprising receiving a plurality of indications of time patterns in the scheduling assignment.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
