Abstract

The present invention provides a telescopic storage can structure, which comprises a can, a hood and a cover. The can is disposed with an airtight member at an opening, and the hood is covered on the can and formed with an upper opening. The cover is disposed on the upper opening and formed with an air outlet and disposed with an air outlet valve assembly. The hood can be upwardly and downwardly displaced on the can according to a holding capacity, and when the hood is displaced downwardly, the cover will squeeze the internal air thereof and the internal air is sent out through the air outlet. Thereby achieving an effect of being able to adjust a size according to a holding capacity and facilitate an airtight purpose, and further, relative positions of the can and the hood can be telescopically adjusted according to a storage capacity.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

1 . A telescopic storage can structure, comprising:
a can, the can having a can opening, and an airtight member being disposed at a position of the can opening; a hood, the hood being disposed on the can, the hood having an upper opening, and the airtight member being attached to an inner side of the hood; and a cover, the cover being assembled on the upper opening of the hood, an air outlet being formed on the cover, and the cover being disposed with an air outlet valve assembly at a position of the air outlet.

2 . The telescopic storage can structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein a bottom of the hood is formed with a lower opening, and the hood is formed with a protruding portion at a position of the lower opening.

3 . The telescopic storage can structure as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the can is formed with a flange at a position of the can opening to limit a position of the protruding portion.

4 . The telescopic storage can structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein a through hole is further formed on the cover.

5 . The telescopic storage can structure as claimed in claim 1 , further having a flip cover, an opening and an air outlet guiding hole being formed on the flip cover, and the air outlet guiding hole communicating with the air outlet.

6 . The telescopic storage can structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein an annular recess is formed at a position of a bottom of the can.

7 . The telescopic storage can structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the cover is further formed with a sleeve portion at a position of the air outlet valve assembly, the sleeve portion is formed with a penetrated hole therein, the air outlet valve assembly is disposed in the sleeve portion, the air outlet valve assembly has a sleeve member, an attachment member and an elastic member, wherein the attachment member is disposed on one side of the sleeve member and attached to the penetrated hole, and the elastic member is disposed between the sleeve member and the air outlet.

8 . The telescopic storage can structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein a convex rib is formed on a side of the airtight member opposite to the hood.

9 . The telescopic storage can structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein a ball portion is formed on the convex rib, and the ball portion abuts against the hood.
