Anti-Inflammatory Compounds and Uses Thereof

Abstract

Compounds of the general formula are disclosed with activity towards treating diseases related to inflammation, such as cancer, neurodegenerative and cardiovascular diseases. Pharmaceutical compositions and methods of use are also described.

         3 . The method of  claim 2 , wherein the disease or disorder is selected from an inflammation related disease or disorder, a neurodegenerative disease or disorder, an autoimmune disease or disorder, and a proliferative disease or disorder.

The method of  claim 2 , wherein the inflammation related disease or disorder is selected from a rheumatologic disease, a cardiovascular disease, a neurodegenerative disease, a cerebrovascular disease, an autoimmune disease, a chronic inflammation disease, a neoplastic disease, and a pre-neoplastic disease. 
     
     
         5 . The method of  claim 3 , wherein the proliferative disease or disorder is cancer.
