Abstract
The present invention relates to anti-FGFR2 antibodies, antibody fragments, antibody drug conjugates, and their uses for the treatment of cancer.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 - 35 . (canceled)
36 . An antibody or antigen binding fragment thereof that specifically bind to human FGFR2 and comprises:
a heavy chain variable region that comprises: (a) a VH CDR1 of SEQ ID NO: 21, (b) a VH CDR2 of SEQ ID NO: 22, (c) a VH CDR3 of SEQ ID NO: 23; and a light chain variable region that comprises: (d) a VL CDR1 of SEQ ID NO: 31, (e) a VL CDR2 of SEQ ID NO: 32, (f) a VL CDR3 of SEQ ID NO: 33, or a heavy chain variable region that comprises: (a) a VH CDR1 of SEQ ID NO: 1, (b) a VH CDR2 of SEQ ID NO: 2, (c) a VH CDR3 of SEQ ID NO: 3; and a light chain variable region that comprises: (d) a VL CDR1 of SEQ ID NO: 11, (e) a VL CDR2 of SEQ ID NO: 12, (f) a VL CDR3 of SEQ ID NO: 13, wherein the CDR is defined in accordance with the Kabat definition.
37 . (canceled)
38 . An antibody or antigen binding fragment which cross competes with the antibody or antigen binding fragment of claim 36 for binding to human FGFR2.
39 . The antibody or antigen binding fragment of claim 36 , wherein said antibody is a human antibody.
40 . The antibody or antigen binding fragment of claim 39 , wherein said antibody is a monoclonal antibody.
41 . The antibody or antigen binding fragment of claim 36 , wherein said antibody or antigen binding fragment is a single chain antibody (scFv).
42 . A nucleic acid that encodes the antibody or antigen binding fragment of claim 36 .
43 . A vector comprising the nucleic acid of claim 42 .
44 . A host cell comprising the vector according to claim 43 .
45 . A process for producing an antibody or antigen binding fragment comprising cultivating the host cell of claim 44 and recovering the antibody from the culture.
46 - 47 . (canceled)
48 . A diagnostic reagent comprising the antibody or antigen binding fragment thereof of claim 36 which is labeled.
49 . The diagnostic reagent of claim 48 , wherein the label is selected from the group consisting of a radiolabel, a fluorophore, a chromophore, an imaging agent, and a metal ion.Cited by (0)
