Abstract

A small cell interference coordination method and wireless communication device. The method includes: obtaining mobile information of at least one of the small cells; determining relative movement between the small cells according to at least the movement information; estimating a Doppler frequency shift of a signal between small cells according to the relative movement; and implementing an interference alignment policy between small cells according to the estimated Doppler frequency shift.

1 . A base station for performing interference coordination with its neighbor base station, comprising:
 obtaining frequency transmission signal information of the neighbor base station;   adjust the frequency of the transmission signal of the neighbor base station according to transmission signal information of the base station, to reduce interference of the transmission signal recourse of the base station;   wherein, the transmission signal information of the neighbor base station include the Almost Blank Subframe of the neighbor base station, adjust the ABS of the neighbor base station.   
     
     
         2 . The base station according to  claim 1 , wherein,
 the adjustment range of the transmission signal frequency of the neighbor base station is estimated between the base station and its neighbor base station, based on ABS of the signals in the base station and its neighbor base station.   
     
     
         3 . The base station according to  claim 1 , wherein,
 Adjust the ABS of the neighbor base station in the frequency to the range where the base station is Non-ABS.   
     
     
         4 . The base station according to  claim 1 , wherein,
 range of the transmission signal frequency of the neighbor base station is considered by the movement information comprises one or more of:
 a movement speed, a movement direction, a current position and an angle between a receiving antenna pointing and the movement direction, of at least one of the base station. 
   
     
     
         5 . The base station according to  claim 1 , wherein,
 determining a precoding matrix based on the adjustment range of the transmission signal frequency of the neighbor base station.   
     
     
         6 . The base station according to  claim 1 , wherein,
 determining a receiving matrix based on the precoding matrix of the base station,   received signal processed by the base station represented from the receiving matrix.
