Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
. A method of treating Alzheimer's disease comprising administering to a patient in need thereof a pharmaceutically effective amount of bryostatin-1, wherein the patient is not administered a NMDA receptor antagonist.
. The method of claim 1 wherein the NMDA receptor antagonist is memantine.
. The method of claim 1 wherein the patient is diagnosed with moderate Alzheimer's disease.
. The method of claim 1 wherein the patient is diagnosed with moderate to severe Alzheimer's disease.
. The method of claim 1 wherein the patient is administered less than 40 mcg bryostatin-1.
. The method of claim 1 wherein the patient is administered about 15 mcg to about 25 mcg bryostatin-1.
. The method of claim 1 wherein the patient is administered about 20 mcg bryostatin-1.
. A method of treating Alzheimer's disease comprising administering to a patient in need thereof a pharmaceutically effective amount of bryostatin-1, wherein the treatment excludes administration of a NMDA receptor antagonist.
. The method of claim 8 wherein the NMDA receptor antagonist is memantine.
. The method of claim 8 wherein the patient is diagnosed with moderate Alzheimer's disease.
. The method of claim 8 wherein the patient is diagnosed with moderate to severe Alzheimer's disease.
. The method of claim 8 wherein the patient is administered less than 40 mcg bryostatin-1.
. The method of claim 8 wherein the patient is administered about 15 mcg to about 25 mcg bryostatin-1.
. The method of claim 8 wherein the patient is administered about 20 mcg bryostatin-1.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
