Abstract
The present invention provide a sheet-like material having a highly soft texture, and further having high crease resistance while being soft. The sheet-like material of the present invention is a sheet-like material which includes a nonwoven fabric containing ultrafine fibers having an average single fiber diameter of 0.3 to 7 μm, and an elastomer, and having nap on a surface, in which the elastomer has a porous structure, and the porous structure has a proportion of micropores with a pore size of 0.1 to 20 μm of 60% or more in all pores.

A sheet-like material comprising a nonwoven fabric containing ultrafine fibers having an average single fiber diameter of 0.3 to 7 μm, and an elastomer, and having nap on a surface, wherein the elastomer has a porous structure, and the porous structure has a proportion of micropores with a pore size of 0.1 to 20 μm of 60% or more in all pores.
2 . The sheet-like material according to claim 1 , wherein the elastomer exists in an interior space in the nonwoven fabric.
3 . The sheet-like material according to claim 1 , wherein the elastomer is a polycarbonate-based polyurethane resin.
4 . The sheet-like material according to claim 3 , wherein the polyurethane resin has a weight-average molecular weight of 30,000 to 150,000.
5 . The sheet-like material according to claim 2 , wherein the elastomer is a polycarbonate-based polyurethane resin
6 . The sheet-like material according to claim 5 , wherein the polyurethane resin has a weight-average molecular weight of 30,000 to 150,000.
7 . The sheet-like material according to claim 1 , wherein a number of pores per unit area in section is 50 pores/1600 μm 2 or more in the porous structure in the elastomer.
8 . The sheet-like material according to claim 2 , wherein a number of pores per unit area in section is 50 pores/1600 μm 2 or more in the porous structure in the elastomer.
9 . The sheet-like material according to claim 3 , wherein a number of pores per unit area in section is 50 pores/1600 μm 2 or more in the porous structure in the elastomer.
10 . The sheet-like material according to claim 4 , wherein a number of pores per unit area in section is 50 pores/1600 μm 2 or more in the porous structure in the elastomer.
11 . The sheet-like material according to claim 5 , wherein a number of pores per unit area in section is 50 pores/1600 μm 2 or more in the porous structure in the elastomer.
