Claims

Abstract

A display device is provided. The display device includes a substrate having a first edge and a second edge opposite to the first edge. There is a first distance between the first edge and the second edge. The display device also includes a plurality of light-emitting units disposed on the substrate, and a conductive line disposed on the substrate and electrically connected to at least one of the plurality of light-emitting units. The conductive line includes an undulating edge and has an extending length which is greater than or equal to half of the first distance and is less than or equal to the first distance.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A display device, comprising:
 a substrate;   a light-emitting diode disposed on the substrate;   an insulating layer disposed on the light-emitting diode; and   a conductive electrode disposed on the insulating layer, wherein the insulating layer comprises a first portion and a second portion adjacent to the first portion, the first portion and the conductive electrode are overlapped, the second portion and the conductive electrode are not overlapped, and a thickness of the second portion is greater than a thickness of the first portion.   
     
     
         2 . The display device according to  claim 1 , wherein a top surface of the second portion is higher than a top surface of the light-emitting diode. 
     
     
         3 . The display device according to  claim 1 , wherein the conductive electrode comprises a plurality of openings. 
     
     
         4 . The display device according to  claim 3 , wherein an area of one of the plurality of openings is less than an area of the light-emitting diode. 
     
     
         5 . The display device according to  claim 3 , wherein the conductive electrode further comprises an undulating edge. 
     
     
         6 . The display device according to  claim 1 , further comprising:
 a conductive line disposed on the substrate and electrically connected to the light-emitting diode by the conductive electrode, wherein the conductive line comprises an undulating edge, wherein the conductive line has an of a first distance and is less than or equal to the first distance, wherein the first distance is between a first edge and a second edge opposite to the first edge of the substrate.   
     
     
         7 . The display device according to  claim 6 , wherein the conductive line further comprises a plurality of openings, one of the plurality of openings is directly located between the conductive electrode and another conductive electrode which is directly adjacent to the conductive electrode in a plane view 
     
     
         8 . The display device according to  claim 6 , wherein the insulating layer further comprises a third portion and a fourth portion adjacent to the third portion, the third portion and the conductive line are overlapped, the fourth portion and the conductive line are not overlapped, and a thickness of the third portion is greater than a thickness of the fourth portion. 
     
     
         9 . The display device according to  claim 1 , wherein the conductive electrode comprises a common electrode, a touch electrode, or a combination thereof. 
     
     
         10 . The display device according to  claim 1 , further comprising:
 a touch electrode disposed on the conductive electrode, wherein the touch electrode comprises an undulating edge.   
     
     
         11 . The display device according to  claim 10 , wherein the touch electrode further comprises a plurality of openings. 
     
     
         12 . The display device according to  claim 1 , further comprising:
 a conductive line disposed on the substrate, wherein the conductive line is electrically connected to the light-emitting diode by the conductive electrode, the conductive electrode comprises a plurality of openings, at least one of the plurality of openings has a shape, and the shape has a first curved portion.   
     
     
         13 . A display device, comprising:
 a substrate;   a plurality of light-emitting diodes disposed on the substrate;   an insulating layer disposed on the plurality of light-emitting diodes; and   a plurality of conductive electrodes disposed on the insulating layer, wherein the insulating layer comprises a first portion and a second portion adjacent to the first portion, the first portion and at least one of the plurality of conductive electrodes are overlapped, the second portion and the at least one of the plurality of conductive electrodes are not overlapped, and a thickness of the second portion is greater than a thickness of the first portion.   
     
     
         14 . The display device according to  claim 13 , wherein a top surface of the second portion is higher than a top surface of the one of the plurality of light-emitting diode. 
     
     
         15 . The display device according to  claim 13 , wherein one of the plurality of the conductive electrodes comprises a plurality of openings, and an area of one of the plurality of openings is less than an area of one of the plurality of light-emitting diodes. 
     
     
         16 . The display device according to  claim 15 , wherein the one of the plurality of the conductive electrodes further comprises an undulating edge. 
     
     
         17 . The display device according to  claim 13 , further comprising:
 a conductive line disposed on the substrate and electrically connected to at least one of the plurality of light-emitting diodes, wherein the conductive line comprises a plurality of openings.   
     
     
         18 . The display device according to  claim 17 , wherein the conductive line further comprises an undulating edge. 
     
     
         19 . The display device according to  claim 13 , wherein one of the plurality of the conductive electrodes comprises a common electrode, a touch electrode, or a combination thereof. 
     
     
         20 . The display device according to  claim 13 , wherein the plurality of light-emitting diodes are disposed in a curved portion and a non-curved portion of the display device, and a dimension of at least one of the plurality of the light-emitting diodes in the curved portion is less than a dimension of at least one of the plurality of the light-emitting diodes in the non-curved portion.
