Claims

Abstract

A cash handling system and a cash transaction method are provided. The cash handling system includes at least one order terminal and a cash payment terminal. The cash payment terminal communicates with the order terminal. The order terminal captures a first image, and at least one piece of first face data is included in the first image. The order terminal obtains order data and generates client data according to the order data and the at least one piece of first face data. The at least one piece of first face data is linked to the order data. The cash payment terminal obtains the client data, and the client data includes the order data and the at least one piece of first face data. The cash payment terminal captures a second image. When specific face data appears in the second image, the cash payment terminal performs a payment operation according to specific order data linked to the specific face data.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A cash handling system, comprising:
 at least one order terminal; and   a cash payment terminal, communicating with the at least one order terminal,   wherein the at least one order terminal performs following steps:   capturing a first image, wherein the first image comprises at least one piece of first face data; and   obtaining order data and generating client data according to the order data and the at least one piece of first face data, wherein the at least one piece of first face data is linked to the order data,   wherein the cash payment terminal performing following steps:   obtaining the client data, wherein the client data comprises the order data and the at least one piece of first face data;   capturing a second image; and   performing a payment operation according to specific order data linked to specific face data in response to the specific face data appears in the second image, wherein the specific face data is one of the at least one piece of first face data, and the specific order data is one of a plurality of pieces of order data.   
     
     
         2 . The cash handling system as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the cash payment terminal divides the at least one piece of first face data into a plurality of face data clusters according to a data clustering algorithm after obtaining the at least one piece of first face data, wherein each of the face data clusters corresponds to each of users,
 wherein the cash payment terminal looks for a plurality of pieces of similar face data similar to second face data and located in the at least one piece of first face data by using the second face data obtained by analyzing the second image according to the data clustering algorithm and determines the user corresponding to face data to be determined according to the divided face data cluster of the pieces of similar face data to obtain the specific face data.   
     
     
         3 . The cash handling system as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the cash payment terminal deletes the specific face data after the payment operation is completed. 
     
     
         4 . The cash handling system as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein a face picture having a greatest area in the first image is configured to act as a basis for generating the at least one piece of first face data. 
     
     
         5 . The cash handling system as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein each face picture in the first image has a corresponding depth of field distance, the at least one order terminal uses a face picture corresponding to a shortest depth of field distance as a basis for generating the at least one piece of first face data. 
     
     
         6 . The cash handling system as claimed in  claim 4 , wherein the cash payment terminal divides the at least one piece of first face data into a plurality of face data clusters according to a data clustering algorithm after obtaining the at least one piece of first face data, wherein each of the face data clusters corresponds to each of users,
 wherein the cash payment terminal looks for a plurality of pieces of similar face data similar to second face data and located in the at least one piece of first face data by using the second face data located in the second image according to the data clustering algorithm and determines the user corresponding to the second face data according to the divided face data cluster of the pieces of similar face data to obtain the specific face data.   
     
     
         7 . The cash handling system as claimed in  claim 5 , wherein the cash payment terminal divides the at least one piece of first face data into a plurality of face data clusters according to a data clustering algorithm after obtaining the at least one piece of first face data, wherein each of the face data clusters corresponds to each of users,
 wherein the cash payment terminal looks for a plurality of pieces of similar face data similar to second face data and located in the at least one piece of first face data by using the second face data located in the second image according to the data clustering algorithm and determines the user corresponding to the second face data according to the divided face data cluster of the pieces of similar face data to obtain the specific face data.   
     
     
         8 . The cash handling system as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein each of the at least one order terminal comprises:
 a first camera, configured to capture the first image;   a face recognition apparatus, coupled to the first camera, receiving and analyzing the first image to obtain the at least one piece of first face data;   an order apparatus, generating the order data through user input; and   a processor, coupled to the face recognition apparatus and the order apparatus, the processor links the order data and the at least one piece of first face data together to generate the client data.   
     
     
         9 . The cash handling system as claimed in  claim 8 , wherein the face recognition apparatus in the at least one order terminal further analyzes the first image to obtain explicit feature data related to the user, and the processor links the at least one piece of first face data, the explicit feature data, and the order data together to generate the client data. 
     
     
         10 . The cash handling system as claimed in  claim 9 , wherein the first camera is a camera having a function of detecting depth of field, and each face picture in the first image has a corresponding depth of field distance. 
     
     
         11 . The cash handling system as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the cash payment terminal comprises:
 a second camera, capturing the second image;   a picture comparator, coupled to the second camera;   a controller, coupled to the picture comparator; and   a cash handling apparatus, coupled to the controller,   wherein the controller receives the client data to obtain the at least one piece of first face data and the order data linked to the at least one piece of first face data, and the picture comparator determines whether the specific face data appears in the second image,   the controller performing the payment operation according to the specific order data linked to the specific face data through the cash handling apparatus when the specific face data appears in the second image.   
     
     
         12 . The cash handling system as claimed in  claim 11 , wherein the second camera is a camera having a function of detecting depth of field, and each face picture in the second image has a corresponding depth of field distance. 
     
     
         13 . The cash handling system as claimed in  claim 11 , the controller determining whether a comparison count of which the specific face data does not appear in the second image is greater than or equal to a pre-determined value when the specific face data does not appear in the second image,
 the controller adding 1 to a value of the comparison count when the comparison count is not greater than or equal to the pre-determined value, controlling the second camera to re-capture the second image, and controlling the image comparator to re-determine whether the specific face data appears in the second image.   
     
     
         14 . The cash handling system as claimed in  claim 13 , the controller displaying order data on which the payment operation has not been performed thereon for the user to select when the comparison count is greater than or equal to the pre-determined value by using a display and performing the payment operation according to one of the selected pieces of order data through the cash handling apparatus. 
     
     
         15 . The cash handling system as claimed in  claim 1 , further comprising:
 an application server, communicating with the at least one order terminal and the cash payment terminal through a network,   wherein the at least one order terminal transmits the first image corresponding to the order data to the application server,   the application server analyzing the first image to obtain the at least one piece of first face data, the application server linking an order number corresponding to the order data and the at least one piece of first face data together,   the cash payment terminal capturing the second image and transmitting the second image to the application server,   the application server identifying whether the specific face data appears in the second image,   the application server providing the order number corresponding to the specific face data to the cash payment terminal when the specific face data appears in the second image,   the cash payment terminal obtaining the order number from the application server and performing the payment operation on the specific order data corresponding to the order number.   
     
     
         16 . The cash handling system as claimed in  claim 15 , the cash payment terminal transmitting the specific face data and the specific order data or the order number linked to the specific face data to the application server through the network so as to record a consumption history of a user corresponding to the specific face data after the payment operation is completed. 
     
     
         17 . The cash handling system as claimed in  claim 16 , wherein the at least one order terminal downloads the consumption history of the user corresponding to the at least one first face data from the application server after obtaining the at least one piece of first face data so as to provide a reference to the user when generating the order data. 
     
     
         18 . A cash transaction method, comprising:
 capturing a first image through at least one order tei ninal, wherein the first image comprises at least one piece of first face data;   obtaining order data through the at least one order terminal and generating client data according to the order data and the at least one piece of first face data, wherein the at least one piece of first face data is linked to the order data;   obtaining the client data through a cash payment terminal, wherein the client data comprises the order data and the at least one piece of first face data;   capturing a second image through the cash payment terminal; and   performing a payment operation according to specific order data linked to specific face data through the cash payment terminal in response to that the specific face data appears in the second image, wherein the specific face data is one of the at least one piece of first face data, and the specific order data is one of a plurality of pieces of order data.   
     
     
         19 . The cash transaction method as claimed in  claim 18 , further comprising:
 dividing the at least one piece of first face data in the client data into a plurality of face data clusters according to a data clustering algorithm through the cash payment terminal after obtaining the at least one piece of first face data, wherein each of the face data clusters corresponds to each of users; and   looking for a plurality of pieces of similar face data similar to second face data and located in the at least one piece of first face data by using the second face data in the second image according to the data clustering algorithm through the cash payment terminal, obtaining the specific face data according to the divided face data cluster of the pieces of similar face data.   
     
     
         20 . The cash transaction method as claimed in  claim 18 , further comprising:
 deleting the specific face data through the cash payment terminal after completing the payment operation.   
     
     
         21 . The cash transaction method as claimed in  claim 18 , wherein a face picture having a greatest area in the first image is configured to act as a basis for generating the at least one piece of first face data. 
     
     
         22 . The cash transaction method as claimed in  18 , wherein each face picture in the first image has a corresponding depth of field distance, and using a face picture corresponding to a shortest depth of field distance as a basis for generating first face data. 
     
     
         23 . The cash transaction method as claimed in  claim 21 , further comprising:
 dividing a plurality of pieces of face data in the client data into a plurality of face data clusters according to a data clustering algorithm through the cash payment terminal after obtaining the at least one piece of first face data, wherein each of the face data clusters corresponds to each of users; and   looking for a plurality of pieces of similar face data similar to second face data and located in the at least one piece of first face data by using the second face data located in the second image according to the data clustering algorithm through the cash payment terminal, determines the user corresponding to face data to be determined according to the divided face data cluster of the pieces of similar face data to obtain the specific face data.   
     
     
         24 . The cash transaction method as claimed in  claim 22 , further comprising:
 dividing a plurality of pieces of face data in the client data into a plurality of face data clusters according to a data clustering algorithm through the cash payment terminal after obtaining the at least one piece of first face data, wherein each of the face data clusters corresponds to each of users; and   looking for a plurality of pieces of similar face data similar to second face data and located in the at least one piece of first face data by using the second face data located in the second image according to the data clustering algorithm through the cash payment terminal, determines the user corresponding to face data to be determined according to the divided face data cluster of the pieces of similar face data to obtain the specific face data.   
     
     
         25 . The cash transaction method as claimed in  claim 18 , further comprising:
 analyzing the first image to obtain an explicit feature data related to a user; and   linking the at least one piece of first face data, the explicit feature data, and the order data together to generate the client data.   
     
     
         26 . The cash transaction method as claimed in  claim 18 , further comprising:
 transmitting the first image corresponding to the order data to an application server on a network through the at least one order terminal;   analyzing the first image to obtain the at least one piece of first face data through the application server and linking an order number corresponding to the order data and the at least one piece of first face data together through the application server;   capturing the second image and transmitting the second image to the application server through the cash payment terminal;   identifying whether the specific face data appears in the second image through the application server;   providing the order number corresponding to the specific face data to the cash payment terminal through the application server when the specific face data appears in the second image; and   obtaining the order number from the application server and performing the payment operation on the specific order data corresponding to the order number through the cash payment terminal.   
     
     
         27 . The cash transaction method as claimed in  claim 26 , further comprising:
 transmitting the specific face data and the specific order data or the order number linked to the specific face data to the application server through the network through the cash payment terminal so as to record a consumption history of a user corresponding to the specific face data after the payment operation is completed.   
     
     
         28 . The cash transaction method as claimed in  claim 27 , further comprising:
 downloading the consumption history of the user corresponding to face data from the application server through the at least one order terminal after obtaining the face data so as to provide a reference to the user when generating the order data.
