Abstract

The present invention provides an atomization generating device for e-cigarettes, comprising an e-liquid storage portion for storing and supplying an e-liquid, an atomizing portion for heating and atomizing the e-liquid, and a sealing portion located between the e-liquid storage portion and the atomizing portion, wherein the e-liquid storage portion and the atomizing portion are designed to be relatively movable to isolate the sealing portion to prevent the e-liquid leakage caused by long-term placement. Before use, e-liquid in the storage tank is not in contact with the outside, which ensures the quality and taste of the e-liquid. When in use, e-liquid flows towards the heating component, and when not in use seals the e-liquid; thereby prolonging storage life of e-liquid, and preventing e-liquid from contacting outside air, and being oscillated by the outside and from flowing out and leaking.

1 . An atomization generating device for an e-cigarette, including:
 an e-liquid storage portion for storing and supplying an e-liquid,   an atomizing portion for heating and atomizing the e-liquid supplied by the e-liquid storage portion, and   a sealing portion located between the e-liquid storage portion and the atomizing portion for sealing and isolating the e-liquid storage portion and the atomizing portion,   wherein the e-liquid storage portion and the atomizing portion are designed to be relatively movable to realize isolation of the sealing portion for stopping the e-liquid supply and connection of the sealing portion for performing the e-liquid supply.   
     
     
         2 . The atomization generating device of  claim 1 , including:
 a housing, in which a slide rail is disposed;
 an e-liquid storage tank corresponding to the e-liquid storage portion, movably installed on the slide rail up and down, wherein the e-liquid storage tank has a first tank body and a second tank body communicating with each other, the second tank body is located below the first tank body, a liquid flux of the first tank body is greater than a liquid flux of the second tank body to form a variable liquid flux, and the liquid flux is the rate of flow of a liquid across the cross section of the tank body per unit time; and 
 an atomizer corresponding to the atomizing portion, including an atomizing casing, wherein the atomizing casing is sleeved on a rubber plug corresponding to the sealing portion, the rubber plug is installed in the second tank body, an outer wall of the rubber plug abuts against an inner wall of the second tank body for sealing and isolating the e-liquid storage tank and the atomizer, the atomizing casing is fixed in the housing, the atomizing casing is provided with an e-liquid inlet hole, the e-liquid inlet hole is located below the rubber plug, and an atomizer e-liquid conducting body and an atomizer heating element are installed in the atomizing casing; 
 wherein when the e-liquid storage tank is pushed downward, the e-liquid storage tank moves downward along the slide rail to cause relative movement between the e-liquid storage tank and the atomizer such that the rubber plug enters the first tank body from the second tank body, thereby connecting the e-liquid storage tank and the atomizer, so that the e-liquid in the first tank body flows into the second tank body through a gap between the first tank body and the rubber plug and then flows into the atomizer e-liquid conducting body through the e-liquid inlet hole so as to be atomized by the atomizer heating element. 
   
     
     
         3 . The atomization generating device of  claim 2 , wherein:
 an upper portion of the first tank body is provided with a cover body, a smoke channel is installed in the cover body, and the smoke channel extends downward into the atomizing casing.   the top of the housing is provided with a mouthpiece, said mouthpiece has a smoke outlet channel, the smoke outlet channel is sleeved on the periphery of the smoke channel, and a lower portion of the smoke outlet channel is snapped to the cover body, so that the smoke outlet channel squeezes the cover body and the cover body pushes the e-liquid storage tank to move downward.   
     
     
         4 . The atomization generating device of  claim 3 , wherein:
 said rubber plug includes a main body portion and a fastening portion, a through hole is disposed in the main body portion, the smoke channel is inserted into the through hole, the fastening portion is snapped to an upper portion of the atomizing casing, an upper surface of the main body portion is further provided with a snapping member, and the snapping member is sleeved on the periphery of the smoke channel, and   
       an inner diameter of the first tank body is greater than an inner diameter of the second tank body, a diameter of the main body portion is equal to the inner diameter of the second tank body, and an outer diameter of the fastening portion is less than an outer diameter of the main body portion. 
     
     
         5 . The atomization generating device of  claim 2 , wherein
 a fixing portion is disposed inside the housing, and the atomizing casing is fixed to the fixing portion, a guiding portion protrudes from a sidewall of the atomizing casing, the guiding portion is installed in the second tank body, and the guiding portion is parallel to the inner wall surface of the second tank body.   
     
     
         6 . The atomization generating device of  claim 1 , comprising
 a body, having an e-liquid tank corresponding to the e-liquid storage portion, wherein the bottom of the e-liquid tank has an opening, the opening is provided with a rubber ring corresponding to the sealing portion, and the rubber ring is provided with a loading groove; and   a rack, including a main body portion, wherein the main body portion is up-down movably installed on the loading groove, a side edge of the main body portion is provided with a first e-liquid inlet groove, a bottom wall of the first e-liquid inlet groove is provided with a second e-liquid inlet groove downward, the second e-liquid inlet groove is provided with a heating element to form an atomizing portion, the heating element is used for atomizing an e-liquid in the e-liquid tank, and the up and down movement of the main body causes relative movement between the atomizing portion and the e-liquid storage portion, thereby causing relative movement between the first e-liquid inlet groove and the rubber ring;   wherein, when the top of the first e-liquid inlet groove is lower than an upper surface of the rubber ring, the e-liquid in the e-liquid tank is sealed, and when the first e-liquid inlet groove is exposed to the upper surface of the rubber ring, the e-liquid in the e-liquid tank flows to the atomizing portion heating element through the first e-liquid inlet groove and the second e-liquid inlet groove.   
     
     
         7 . The atomization generating device of  claim 6 , wherein
 a flange is disposed between the first e-liquid inlet groove and the second e-liquid inlet groove, a receiving member is installed in the second e-liquid inlet groove, a through hole runs through the receiving member from top to bottom, and the heating element is installed in the through hole.   
     
     
         8 . The atomization generating device of  claim 6 , wherein
 a first partition wall is disposed in the body, the first partition wall is vertically disposed, the top of the first partition wall extends horizontally to form a second partition wall, an inner wall of the body, the first partition wall and the second partition wall form the e-liquid tank, and a gasket is disposed between the rubber ring and the first partition wall and the inner wall of the body, the body has a hollow top in which an e-liquid cover is installed, the top of the e-liquid cover is provided with a mouthpiece, a lower portion of the e-liquid cover is provided with an e-liquid column, the second partition wall is provided with an e-liquid injection hole, the e-liquid column is inserted in the e-liquid injection hole, and the first partition wall, the e-liquid cover and the inner wall of the body form a gas outlet channel.   
     
     
         9 . The atomization generating device of  claim 6 , wherein
 a side edge of the bottom of the body is provided with a snap-in hole and an air inlet hole, the air inlet hole is located on an upper portion of the snap-in hole, the main body portion extends downward to form the support portions, the support portions are installed on the base, a gap is formed between the support portions, a side edge of the base is provided with a protruding portion, and the protruding portion is used for snapping into the snap-in hole, the bottom of the base is provided with an auxiliary air hole.   
     
     
         10 . The atomization generating device of  claim 1 , wherein
 an outer casing, the top of the outer casing is provided with a mouthpiece, a lower portion of the mouthpiece is provided with a smoke channel, and an isolator is fixed to a lower portion of the smoke channel; and   a base, an upper portion of which is provided with an atomizing core corresponding to the atomizing portion, and a bracket, the bracket is sleeved on the periphery of the atomizing core, the bracket and an inner wall of the outer casing is sealed by a first rubber ring, the isolator and the bracket are sealed by a second rubber ring, the base and the inner wall of the outer casing is sealed by a third rubber ring, the first rubber ring and the second rubber ring are connected by a connecting ring, and the inner wall of the outer casing, an outer wall of the smoke channel, an upper surface of the isolator and the connecting ring form a sealed e-liquid storage tank corresponding to the e-liquid storage portion; and   wherein when the base is pushed upward, the base and the bracket move upward together, and the atomizing core and the e-liquid storage tank generate relative movement, so that the second rubber ring corresponding to the sealing portion, is separated from the isolator, and the e-liquid in the e-liquid storage tank flows downward through a gap between the smoke channel and the second rubber ring into the atomizing core.   
     
     
         11 . The atomization generating device of  claim 1 , wherein
 an edge of the upper portion of the base is provided with a first clamping groove, the bracket is installed on the first clamping groove, a sidewall of the base is provided with a second clamping groove, the second clamping groove is located below the first clamping groove, and the second clamping groove is provided with the third rubber ring, a protruding portion protrudes outward from the sidewall of the base, the protruding portion is located below the second clamping groove, the outer casing is provided with a snap-in hole, and the base moves upward until the protruding portion is snapped into the snap-in hole.   
     
     
         12 . The atomization generating device of  claim 10 , wherein
 the bracket includes an upper ring body and a lower ring body, the upper ring body and the lower ring body are connected by a connecting arm, two ends of the connecting ring respectively extend downward to form the first rubber ring and the second rubber ring, the periphery of the upper ring body is provided with a first ring groove, the first rubber ring is installed in the first ring groove, an upper surface of the upper ring body abuts against a lower surface of the connecting ring, and an inner wall of the upper ring body abuts against the second rubber ring.   
     
     
         13 . The atomization generating device of  claim 10 , wherein
 an upper portion of the atomizing core is provided with a loading hole, and the loading hole is used for installing a bottom end of the smoke channel, the outer wall of the smoke channel is provided with an annular receiving groove, a through hole is disposed in the isolator, and the annular receiving groove is snapped into the through hole.   
     
     
         14 . The atomization generating device of  claim 1 , wherein
 an outer casing, having an inner space in which an e-liquid is enclosed corresponding to the e-liquid storage portion, and having a mouthpiece at an upper portion thereof, a lower portion of the mouthpiece is provided with a connecting tube; and   a base, installed in an opening at an lower portion of the outer casing, a first rubber washer is disposed between the base and an inner wall of the outer casing, the base is provided with an atomizing core corresponding to the atomizing portion, and a smoke channel, the smoke channel is provided with an e-liquid inlet hole, a second washer corresponding to the sealing portion, is disposed between the smoke channel and the base, the atomizing core is located inside the smoke channel, an upper portion of the smoke channel is inserted into the connecting tube, a lower portion of the smoke channel with the atomizing core is connected to a pushing member, and the pushing member is exposed to a lower surface of the base;   wherein when the pushing member is in a first position, the second washer seals the e-liquid inlet hole, and when the pushing member is pushed upward such that the pushing member is in a second position, the smoke channel with the atomizing core moves upward, and the e-liquid inlet hole is exposed.   
     
     
         15 . The atomization generating device of  claim 14 , wherein
 a through hole runs through the base from top to bottom, a clamping groove is recessed inward from a sidewall of the through hole, the second washer is installed in the clamping groove, the smoke channel is installed in the through hole, and an inner side of the second washer is sleeved on the periphery of the smoke channel,   an outer side of the pushing member is provided with a protruding portion, when the pushing member is in the first position, the protruding portion abuts against the through hole, and when the pushing member is pushed upward, the protruding portion is snapped into the through hole.   
     
     
         16 . The atomization generating device of  claim 14 , wherein
 the bottom of the smoke channel is provided with a third rubber washer, an electrode is installed in the third rubber washer, the electrode is provided with an air inlet hole, and the air inlet hole is located below the atomizing core.   the upper portion of the smoke channel is further provided with a first tube body, the upper portion of the smoke channel is inserted into a lower portion of the first tube body, a rubber tube is sleeved on the periphery of the connecting tube, and the rubber tube is inserted into an upper portion of the first tube body.   
     
     
         17 . An e-cigarette, comprising:
 an atomization generating device comprising:   an e-liquid storage portion for storing and supplying an e-liquid,   an atomizing portion for heating and atomizing the e-liquid supplied by the e-liquid storage portion, and   a sealing portion located between the e-liquid storage portion and the atomizing portion for sealing and isolating the e-liquid storage portion and the atomizing portion,   wherein the e-liquid storage portion and the atomizing portion are designed to be relatively movable to realize isolation of the sealing portion for stopping the e-liquid supply and connection of the sealing portion for performing the e-liquid supply.
