Abstract
The present invention relates to the use of compounds of the invention for treatment and/or prevention of fatigue, including fatigue associated with diseases or treatments.

16 . A method for treating fatigue in a subject, comprising administering to a subject in need thereof, a treatment effective amount of the hydrochloride salt of the compound:

17 . The method of claim 16 , wherein the subject is a human.
18 . The method of claim 16 , wherein the compound is administered orally.
19 . The method of claim 16 , wherein the compound is formulated with a pharmaceutical carrier.
20 . The method of claim 19 , wherein the pharmaceutical carrier comprises a thickening agent and a lubricant.
21 . The method of claim 20 , wherein the thickening agent is hydroxypropyl cellulose.
22 . The method of claim 16 , wherein the treatment effective amount of the compound is from about 0.01 mg/kg/dose to about 300 mg/kg/dose.
23 . The method of claim 16 , wherein the compound is administered concurrently with an additional agent or treatment.
24 . The method of claim 16 , wherein the fatigue is associated with cancer.
