Abstract

An element for a garment includes a fused combination formed by a fusible substrate fused on a first substrate at a first temperature, and then folded and then pressed at a second temperature, wherein said second temperature is lower than said first temperature.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed:

1 . An element for a garment, the element comprising
a combination formed by a fusible substrate fused on a first substrate at a first temperature, and then folded and then pressed at a second temperature, wherein said second temperature is lower than said first temperature.

2 . The element of claim 1 , wherein said first substrate comprises a material selected from a group comprising: denim, cotton, cotton blends, wool, wool blends, polyester, polyester blends, spandex, spandex blend, polyester viscose, linen, and linen blend.

3 . The element of claim 1 , wherein said fusible substrate comprises a second material selected from a group comprising: 45 mm fusible substrates, 47 mm fusible substrates, 80 mm fusible substrates, and 84 mm fusible substrates.

4 . The element of claim 1 , wherein the element is selected from: waistbands and collar stands.

5 . A collar stand comprising a fusible substrate fused on a first substrate.

6 . The collar stand of claim 5 , wherein said fusible substrate is fused on a first substrate at a first temperature and then folded and then pressed at a second temperature, wherein said second temperature is lower than said first temperature.

7 . The collar stand of claim 5 , wherein said first substrate comprises a material selected from a group comprising: denim, cotton, cotton blends, wool, wool blends, polyester, polyester blends, spandex, spandex blend, polyester viscose, linen, and linen blend.

8 . The collar stand of claim 5 , wherein said fusible substrate comprises a second material selected from a group comprising: 45 mm fusible substrates, 47 mm fusible substrates, 80 mm fusible substrates, and 84 mm fusible substrates.

9 . A waistband comprising a fusible substrate fused on a first substrate.

10 . The waistband of claim 9 , wherein said fusible substrate is fused on a first substrate at a first temperature and then folded and then pressed at a second temperature, wherein said second temperature is lower than said first temperature.

11 . The waistband of claim 9 , wherein said first substrate comprises a material selected from a group comprising: denim, cotton, cotton blends, wool, wool blends, polyester, polyester blends, spandex, spandex blend, polyester viscose, linen, and linen blend.

12 . The waistband of claim 9 , wherein said fusible substrate comprises a second material selected from a group comprising: 45 mm fusible substrates, 47 mm fusible substrates, 80 mm fusible substrates, and 84 mm fusible substrates.
