9 . The one or more computer-readable non-transitory storage media of claim 8 , wherein the software is further operable when executed by the computing device of the autonomous vehicle to:
send, to one or more computing devices of the one or more blocking autonomous vehicles, an indication that the autonomous vehicle has received the instructions to travel to the target location, wherein the indication is configured to cause the one or more computing devices of the one or more blocking automotive vehicles to determine one or more of the coordinated movements.

10 . The one or more computer-readable non-transitory storage media of claim 8 , wherein the coordinated movements are determined collectively by the computing device of the autonomous vehicle and one or more computing devices of the one or more blocking autonomous vehicles.

11 . The one or more computer-readable non-transitory storage media of claim 8 , wherein:
the coordinated movements comprise respective movements by each of the autonomous vehicle and the one or more blocking autonomous vehicles; and the respective movements of each of the autonomous vehicle and the one or more blocking autonomous vehicles are determined by the computing device of the autonomous vehicle and one or more computing devices of the one or more blocking autonomous vehicles, respectively.
