Abstract

An information processing apparatus includes a first storage device configured to store device data output regularly or non-regularly from a device connected to the information processing apparatus; a second storage device configured to store maintenance report data related to maintenance work performed on the device; and a processor. The processor is configured to evaluate whether the device on which the maintenance work was performed operates normally, based on the device data stored in the first storage device, and the maintenance report data stored in the second storage device, to generate an evaluation result; and send a notice of the evaluation result, to a terminal device connected to the information processing apparatus.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . An information processing apparatus, comprising:
 a first storage device configured to store device data output regularly or non-regularly from a device connected to the information processing apparatus;   a second storage device configured to store maintenance report data related to maintenance work performed on the device; and   a processor configured to:
 evaluate whether the device on which the maintenance work was performed operates normally, based on the device data stored in the first storage device, and the maintenance report data stored in the second storage device, to generate an evaluation result, and 
 send a notice of the evaluation result, to a terminal device connected to the information processing apparatus.
