Abstract

An aqueous reagent solution includes a magnesium salt in a range of 30 mM to 500 mM, a potassium salt in a range of 0.8 M to 1.0 M, a buffering agent in a range of 150 mM to 500 mM, and a surfactant in a range of 0.05% to 0.5%.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . An aqueous reagent solution comprising:
 a magnesium salt in a range of 30 mM to 500 mM;   a potassium salt in a range of 0.8 M to 1.0 M;   a buffering agent in a range of 150 mM to 500 mM; and   a surfactant in a range of 0.05% to 0.5%.   
     
     
         2 . The aqueous reagent solution of  claim 1 , wherein the pH is in a range of 7 to 9. 
     
     
         3 . The aqueous reagent solution of  claim 1 , wherein the buffering agent includes tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane. 
     
     
         4 . The aqueous reagent solution of  claim 1 , wherein the surfactant includes a polyethylene glycol based surfactant. 
     
     
         5 . The aqueous reagent solution of  claim 4 , wherein the polyethylene glycol based surfactant includes an octylphenyl ether of polyethylene glycol. 
     
     
         6 . The aqueous reagent solution of  claim 1 , further comprising polyethylene glycol based polymer 
     
     
         7 . The aqueous reagent solution of  claim 6 , wherein the polyethylene glycol based surfactant has a molecular weight in a range of 1000 Da to 100000 Da. 
     
     
         8 . The aqueous reagent solution of  claim 7 , wherein the polyethylene glycol based surfactant has a molecular weight in a range of 2000 Da to 20000 Da. 
     
     
         9 . The aqueous reagent solution of  claim 1 , wherein the polyethylene glycol based polymer is present in a range of 0.1 wt % to 20.0 wt %. 
     
     
         10 . The aqueous reagent solution of  claim 9 , wherein the polyethylene glycol based polymer is present in a range of 0.5 wt % to 15.0 wt %. 
     
     
         11 . The aqueous reagent solution of  claim 1 , wherein the magnesium salt is present in a range of 50 mM to 1M. 
     
     
         12 . The aqueous reagent solution of  claim 11 , wherein the magnesium salt is present in a range of 50 mM to 800 mM. 
     
     
         13 . An aqueous reagent solution comprising:
 a magnesium salt in a range of 30 mM to 1M;   polyethylene glycol based polymer in a range of 0.5 wt % to 10.0 wt %;   a potassium salt in a range of 0.8 M to 1.0 M; and   a buffering agent in a range of 150 mM to 500 mM.   
     
     
         14 . The aqueous reagent solution of  claim 13 , wherein the pH is in a range of 7 to 9. 
     
     
         15 . The aqueous reagent solution of  claim 13 , wherein the magnesium salt is present in a range of 50 mM to 1M. 
     
     
         16 . The aqueous reagent solution of  claim 15 , wherein the magnesium salt is present in a range of 50 mM to 800 mM. 
     
     
         17 . The aqueous reagent solution of  claim 13 , wherein the polyethylene glycol based surfactant has a molecular weight in a range of 1000 Da to 100000 Da. 
     
     
         18 . The aqueous reagent solution of  claim 17 , wherein the polyethylene glycol based surfactant has a molecular weight in a range of 2000 Da to 20000 Da. 
     
     
         19 . The aqueous reagent solution of  claim 13 , wherein the polyethylene glycol based polymer is present in a range of 0.1 wt % to 20.0 wt %. 
     
     
         20 . The aqueous reagent solution of  claim 19 , wherein the polyethylene glycol based polymer is present in a range of 0.5 wt % to 15.0 wt %.
