Abstract

A low-pressure casting unit capable of alternately using crucible type heat preservation furnaces, consisting of a low-pressure casting machine, a crucible type heat preservation furnace I, a crucible type heat preservation furnace II, a trolley transfer system, a heat preservation furnace lifting system, a control system, and a transversely moving guide rail, the heat preservation furnace lifting system being arranged at a bottom of the low-pressure casting machine, the heat preservation furnace lifting system lifting the crucible type heat preservation furnace I or the crucible type heat preservation furnace II up and down in the low-pressure casting machine, one side of the low-pressure casting machine being provided with a trolley transfer system in front and the trolley transfer system moving on the transversely moving guide rail. According to the invention, the concept is ingenious, the alternative use of the two crucible type heat preservation furnaces can be realized only by adding a transversely moving guide rail on the outer side of the low-pressure casting machine and adding a transfer trolley. The problem of aluminum slags deposited at the bottom of the crucible type heat preservation furnace is well solved.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A low-pressure casting unit capable of alternately using crucible type heat preservation furnaces, consisting of a low-pressure casting machine, a crucible type heat preservation furnace I, a crucible type heat preservation furnace II and a heat preservation furnace lifting system, the heat preservation furnace lifting system being arranged at a bottom of the low-pressure casting machine, the heat preservation furnace lifting system controlling the crucible type heat preservation furnace I or the crucible type heat preservation furnace II to lift up and down in the low-pressure casting machine, characterized in that wherein one side of the low-pressure casting machine is provided with a trolley transfer system and a transversely moving guide rail, an aluminum liquid adding station I and an aluminum liquid adding station II being arranged on the transversely moving guide rail, and the trolley transfer system moving on the transversely moving guide rail.

2 . The low-pressure casting unit capable of alternately using crucible type heat preservation furnaces according to claim 1 , characterized by further comprising a control system, the crucible type heat preservation furnace I being arranged on one side of the low-pressure casting machine, the control system being arranged on another side, and the crucible type heat preservation furnace II filled with aluminum liquid being transferred to a bottom of the low-pressure casting machine by the trolley transfer system, the crucible type heat preservation furnace II being lifted to a working position by the heat preservation furnace lifting system, and the control system controlling the low-pressure casting machine to perform continuous casting operation.

3 . The low-pressure casting unit capable of alternately using crucible type heat preservation furnaces according to claim 1 wherein aluminum liquid of the crucible type heat preservation furnace II is exhausted, the heat preservation furnace lifting system descends, and the crucible type heat preservation furnace II is transferred to an aluminum liquid adding station I or an aluminum liquid adding station II 8 by the trolley transfer system, with the crucible type heat preservation furnace I filled with aluminum liquid in another aluminum liquid adding station being pushed into the low-pressure casting machine, being lifted to a working position by the heat preservation furnace lifting system, and foresaid work being repeated.
