Abstract

A bed covering is useful to accommodate two people sleeping together that prefer different levels of warmth from a covering. The first side of the bed covering is made of a lightweight material such as cotton or other lightweight material. The first side may have a top side, a bottom side, and a side. The top side and bottom side of the first side of the bed covering may have a first pattern. The second side of the bed covering is made of a heavyweight material such as flannel or other heavyweight material. The second side may have a top side and a bottom side, and a side. The top side and bottom side of the second side of the bed covering may have a second pattern.

         1 . A bed covering for accommodating two people sleeping together that prefer different levels of warmth, said bed covering
 comprising:   a first side having a top side, a bottom side, and a side;   a second side having a top side, a bottom side, and a side;   an outside;   an inside;   a coupling, said coupling removably attaching said first side to said second side;   wherein said top side of said first side and said bottom side of first side have a first pattern;   wherein said first side is made of a lightweight material;   wherein said side of said first side has an opening;   wherein said second side is made of a heavyweight material;   wherein said top side of said second side and said bottom side of said second side have a second pattern; and   wherein said side of said second side has an opening.   
     
     
         2 . The bed covering of  claim 1 , wherein said bed covering is a blanket. 
     
     
         3 . The bed covering of  claim 1 , wherein said bed covering is a comforter. 
     
     
         4 . The bed covering of  claim 1 , wherein said bed covering is a sheet. 
     
     
         5 . The bed covering of  claim 1 , wherein said bed covering is a quilt.
