Abstract
A relationship management apparatus, method and computer program product providing a user interface containing treatment protocol for an individual comprising: (a) a user interface electrically connected with a data storage device; (b) a server electrically connected with the user interface and the data storage device; and (c) a treatment processor electrically connected with the server, wherein the treatment processor is configured to generate an optimized treatment protocol for the individual.

1 . A computer program product comprising a non-transitory computer readable medium having computer usable program code executable by a processor to perform operations comprising:
generating a profile for an individual; determining a plurality of historical twins for the individual, the historical twins having similar histories as the individual; generating a progression map based on histories of the plurality of historical twins, the progression map comprising one or more disease progression states; determining a progression state associated with the individual in response to the profile; and displaying a graphical representation of the progression state with reference to the progression map.

The computer program product of claim 1 , wherein the non-transitory computer readable medium having computer usable program code executable to perform operations further comprises determining an optimized treatment protocol for the individual in response to the progression state associated with the individual.
3 . The computer program product of claim 2 , wherein the determining an optimized treatment protocol for the individual comprises comparing one or more actions or treatment decisions and move through several possible disease progression paths to determine the optimized treatment protocol.
4 . A method comprising:
generating, by a processor, a profile for an individual; determining, by the processor, a plurality of historical twins for the individual, the historical twins having similar histories as the individual; generating, by the processor, a progression map based on histories of the plurality of historical twins, the progression map comprising one or more progression states from a data storage device; determining, by the processor, a progression state associated with the individual in response to the profile; and displaying, by the processor, a graphical representation of the progression state with reference to the progression map.
5 . The method of claim 4 , further comprising automatically generating the profile for the individual from relevant data previously stored in association with the individual.
6 . The method of claim 4 , further comprising generating the profile in response to relevant data entered by a user regarding the individual through an interactive display.
7 . The method of claim 4 , further comprising predicting one or more questions that the individual may have regarding the individual's state in response to the determination of the progression state associated with the individual.
8 . The method of claim 4 , further comprising determining an optimized treatment protocol for the individual in response to the progression state associated with the individual.
9 . The method of claim 8 , further comprising comparing one or more actions or treatment decisions and move through several possible disease progression paths to determine the optimized treatment protocol.
10 . The method of claim 4 , further comprising displaying one or more graphical charts representing information generated by a state determination module.
11 . The method of claim 4 , further comprising determining whether the individual is an authorized member of the service or of a health care plan.
12 . The method of claim 11 , further comprising automatically generating the profile from data previously stored in association with the individual when the individual is an authorized member.
13 . The method of claim 12 , further comprising generating the profile in response to data entered by a user through an interactive display.
14 . An apparatus comprising:
an input/output adapter configured to receive information to generate a profile for an individual using a profile module; a processor coupled to the input/output adapter, the processor configured to:
determine a plurality of historical twins for the individual, the historical twins having similar histories as the individual;
generate a progression map based on histories of the plurality of historical twins, the progression map comprising one or more progression states;
determine a progression state associated with the individual in response to the profile; and
determine an optimized treatment protocol for the individual based on the progression state associated with the individual using a treatment protocol generator; and
a display adapter coupled to the processor, the display adapter configured to display a graphical representation of the progression state with reference to the progression map.
15 . The apparatus of claim 14 , wherein the treatment protocol generator is configured to compare one or more actions or treatment decisions and move through several possible disease progression paths to determine the optimized treatment protocol.
16 . The apparatus of claim 14 , wherein the processor is further configured to analyze costs associated with one or more disease progression scenarios based on the disease progression state associated with the individual using a cost analysis module.
17 . The apparatus of claim 16 , wherein the cost analysis module is configured to compare costs of two separate disease progression paths and two options at a disease progression state.
18 . The apparatus of claim 14 , wherein the display adapter comprises a chart presenter configured to display one or more graphical charts representing information based on the progression state.
19 . The apparatus of claim 18 , wherein the one or more graphical charts represent life expectancy data, cost data, and disease progression data.Cited by (0)
