Backpack frame and method for coupling backpack frame
Abstract
Provided is a backpack frame and a method of assembling the backpack frame capable of being tightly coupled with a backpack, adjusting a position of a shoulder strap of the backpack, and improving the user's convenience and safety by mounting a waist support member capable of being rotated in various directions. The backpack frame used for maintaining a shape of the backpack by being mounted on the backpack includes a frame bag coupling device in which a frame upper coupling portion is formed at the top and a frame lower coupling portion of a strap adjuster is formed at the bottom, the backpack frame including a horizontal bar shape upper frame of that is formed to be fixed with the frame upper coupling portion; a coupling frame that is coupled with the upper frame in a longitudinal direction and formed to be tapered toward the center; and a flat plate shape lower frame that is coupled with the coupling frame and includes a binding hole formed to bind to the frame lower coupling portion at a lower portion.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 - 4 . (canceled)
5 . A backpack frame maintaining a shape of a backpack by being mounted on the backpack, wherein the backpack includes a frame bag coupling device in which a frame upper coupling portion is disposed at a top thereof and a frame lower coupling portion of a strap adjuster is disposed at a bottom thereof, the backpack frame comprising:
an upper frame having a bar extended in a first direction and configured to be fixed to the frame upper coupling portion; a coupling frame that is coupled with the upper frame and extended in a second direction which is different from the first direction and is defined to be tapered long the second direction; and a lower frame coupled with the coupling frame and having a binding hole, wherein the binding hole is configured to be attachable to the frame lower coupling portion.
6 . The backpack frame of claim 5 , wherein a long hole or a gear rail corresponding to a fixing device coupled with a shoulder belt of the backpack is disposed at both sides of the coupling frame, and the long hole or the gear rails allows to adjust a position of the shoulder belt of the backpack.
7 . The backpack frame of claim 5 , wherein a bearing coupler corresponding to a spherical bearing is disposed at the lower frame, and the spherical bearing with which a waist supporter is coupled is mounted on the bearing coupler.
8 . A method of assembling a backpack frame with a frame bag coupling device, the method comprising:
inserting the backpack frame into a frame upper coupling portion disposed on a top of the frame bag coupling device in a lower frame direction to face a rear surface of the backpack frame, turning over the backpack frame, and the frame upper coupling portion to face a front of the backpack frame, when the upper frame is in contact with the frame upper coupling portion; and coupling the frame bag coupling device to the backpack by fixing the frame lower coupling portion disposed at the bottom of the frame bag coupling device to a binding hole defined at a lower portion of the backpack frame.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
