Reciprocating hair removal device for floor cleaning
Abstract
The present invention discloses a reciprocating hair removal device for floor cleaning, comprising a roller brush, a first driving structure for rotating the a roller brush, a sliding rail parallel to the roller brush and a sliding block connected to the sliding rail; wherein the surface of the rolling brush is formed with two spiral grooves opposite to each other, the head ends of the two spiral grooves are connected, and the tail ends of them are connected to form a reciprocating spiral groove; wherein the sliding block is provided with a hair removal knife extending from one end to the reciprocating spiral groove; when the roller brush rotates, the hair removal knife reciprocates along the reciprocating spiral groove with respect to the roller brush. Therefore, the present invention can automatically remove foreign matter such as hair entangled on the roller brush during the brush cleaning operation.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A reciprocating hair removal device for floor cleaning, comprising:
a roller brush, the surface of the roller brush is provided with a tufting bundle; a first driving structure for driving the roller brush to rotate; a sliding rail, disposed parallel to the roller brush; a sliding block slidably coupled to the sliding rail; wherein, the surface of the roller brush is formed with a first spiral groove and a second spiral groove opposite to each other, and the head ends of the first spiral groove and the second spiral groove are connected, and the tail ends of them are connected, to form a reciprocating spiral groove, and the sliding block is provided with a hair removal knife extending at one end into the reciprocating spiral groove.
2 . The reciprocating hair removal device for floor cleaning according to claim 1 , further comprising: a second driving structure for driving said sliding block to reciprocate along said sliding rail, wherein said second driving structure includes a reciprocating screw rod that mates with the sliding block, and the reciprocating screw rod is parallel to the sliding rail.
3 . The reciprocating hair removal device for floor cleaning according to claim 2 , wherein the second driving structure comprises a secondary transmission mechanism, and the roller brush drives the reciprocating screw rod to rotate through the secondary transmission mechanism at the same time.
4 . The reciprocating hair removal device for floor cleaning according to claim 3 , wherein the secondary transmission mechanism comprises a secondary active synchronous wheel disposed on the roller brush, a secondary driven synchronous wheel on the reciprocating screw rod, a secondary synchronous belt connecting the secondary active synchronous wheel and the secondary driven synchronous wheel.
5 . The reciprocating hair removal device for floor cleaning according to claim 3 , wherein the secondary transmission mechanism comprises a secondary driving gear disposed on the roller brush and a secondary driven gear disposed on the reciprocating screw rod, and the secondary driving gear and the secondary driven gear mesh with each other.
6 . The reciprocating hair removal device for floor cleaning according to claim 5 , wherein the surface of the roller brush is provided with a plurality of spiral protrusions, and the reciprocating spiral groove is formed by the region between the spiral protrusions.
7 . The reciprocating hair removal device for floor cleaning according to claim 6 , wherein the spiral protrusion is made of soft rubber or integrally formed with the roller brush.
8 . The reciprocating hair removal device for floor cleaning according to claim 1 , wherein the hair removal knife is provided with a hook blade, and one end of the hook blade away from the sliding block is set in a hook shape structure, and the knife edge is arranged inside the hook shape structure.
9 . The reciprocating hair removal device for floor cleaning according to claim 8 , wherein the hook blade is provided with two pieces, and the backs of the two hook blades are connected in a V shape structure.
10 . The reciprocating hair removal device for floor cleaning according to claim 9 , wherein when the hair removal knife is located in the first spiral groove, one of the hook blades is parallel to the tangent line of the first spiral groove; when the hair removal knife is located in the second spiral groove, the other of the hook blades is parallel to the tangent line of the second spiral groove.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
