Abstract
The present invention relates to the field of communications technologies and discloses service transmission methods, apparatus, and devices. In one embodiment, a method includes: obtaining, by a target server or user equipment, an Internet Protocol (IP) address assigned by a target gateway to the user equipment; establishing a Multipath Transmission Control Protocol (MPTCP) connection between the user equipment and the target server based on the IP address assigned by the target gateway to the user equipment, where the MPTCP connection between the user equipment and the target server and an MPTCP connection between the user equipment and a source server are bound to a same MPTCP session; and transmitting a service data packet using the MPTCP connection between the user equipment and the target server. The service data packet is transmitted using the target gateway so a transmission path is optimized and a service transmission delay is reduced.

1 . A service transmission method, comprising:
assigning, by a target gateway, an Internet Protocol (IP) address to a user equipment; obtaining, by a source server from a control plane device, the IP address of the user equipment; and sending, by the source server, the IP address to a device, the device is the user equipment or a target server; establishing, by the device, a Multipath Transmission Control Protocol (MPTCP) connection between the user equipment and the target server by using the IP address; and transceiving, by the device, a service data packet by using the MPTCP connection between the user equipment and the target server, wherein the MPTCP connection between the user equipment and the target server and an MPTCP connection between the user equipment and the source server are bound to a same MPTCP session.
2 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein obtaining the IP address comprises:
receiving, by the source server, a handover event from the control plane device, wherein the handover event comprises location information of the user equipment and the IP address of the user equipment.
3 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein sending the IP address comprises:
transmitting, by the source server, a user context to the target server, wherein the user context comprises the IP address of the user equipment.
4 . The method according to claim 3 , wherein transmitting the user context to the target server comprises:
determining, by the source server, an address of the target server based on location information of the user equipment, and sending the user context to the determined address of the target server.
5 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein sending the IP address comprises:
sending, by the source server, an add address message to the user equipment, wherein the add address message comprises an address of the target server and the IP address of the user equipment.
6 . The method according to claim 1 , further comprising:
moving, by the user equipment, from a source base station to a target base station, and establishing, by the user equipment, a packet data network (PDN) connection to the target gateway by using the control plane device, to obtain the IP address.
7 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein transmitting the service data packet comprises:
adjusting a priority of the MPTCP connection between the user equipment and the target server, so that the priority of the MPTCP connection between the user equipment and the target server is higher than a priority of the MPTCP connection between the user equipment and the source server; and transmitting the service data packet by using the MPTCP connection between the user equipment and the target server.
8 . The method according to claim 1 , further comprising:
sending, by the target server, a content handover complete event to the control plane device, to trigger the control plane device to initiate, to the user equipment, a PDN connection release process between the user equipment and a source gateway.
9 . The method according to claim 1 , further comprising:
receiving, by the user equipment, a PDN connection release command initiated by the control plane device, to release a PDN connection to a source gateway, and further release the MPTCP connection between the user equipment and the source server.
10 . The method according to claim 1 , further comprising:
actively initiating, by the user equipment, a PDN connection release process between the user equipment and the source gateway, to release the MPTCP connection between the user equipment and the source server.
11 . A service transmission system, comprising:
a target gateway, configured to assign an Internet Protocol (IP) address to a user equipment; a source server, configured to obtain from a control plane device the IP address of the user equipment; and send the IP address to a device, the device is the user equipment or a target server; and the device, configured to establish a Multipath Transmission Control Protocol (MPTCP) connection between the user equipment and the target server by using the IP address; and transceive a service data packet by using the MPTCP connection between the user equipment and the target server, wherein the MPTCP connection between the user equipment and the target server and an MPTCP connection between the user equipment and the source server are bound to a same MPTCP session.
12 . The system according to claim 11 , wherein the source server is configured to receive a handover event from the control plane device, wherein the handover event comprises location information of the user equipment and the IP address of the user equipment.
13 . The system according to claim 11 , wherein the source server is configured to transmit a user context to the target server, wherein the user context comprises the IP address of the user equipment.
14 . The system according to claim 13 , wherein the source server is configured to determine an address of the target server based on location information of the user equipment, and send the user context to the determined address of the target server.
15 . The system according to claim 11 , wherein the source server is configured to send an add address message to the user equipment, wherein the add address message comprises an address of the target server and the IP address of the user equipment.
16 . The system according to claim 11 , wherein when the user equipment moves from a source base station to a target base station, the user equipment is configured to establish a packet data network (PDN) connection to the target gateway by using the control plane device, to obtain the IP address.
17 . The system according to claim 11 , wherein the device is configured to adjust a priority of the MPTCP connection between the user equipment and the target server, so that the priority of the MPTCP connection between the user equipment and the target server is higher than a priority of the MPTCP connection between the user equipment and the source server; and transmit the service data packet by using the MPTCP connection between the user equipment and the target server.
18 . The system according to claim 11 , wherein the target server is configured to send a content handover complete event to the control plane device, to trigger the control plane device to initiate, to the user equipment, a PDN connection release process between the user equipment and a source gateway.
19 . The system according to claim 11 , wherein the user equipment is configured to receive a PDN connection release command initiated by the control plane device, to release a PDN connection to a source gateway, and further release the MPTCP connection between the user equipment and the source server.
20 .
