Abstract

A split braid includes a braid body which is mainly interwoven from multiple warps and two wefts, the multiple warps are divided into an upper warp group and a lower warp group, the upper warp group is divided into a first upper warp group and a second upper warp group, the lower warp group is divided into a first lower warp group and a second lower warp group; the braid body is formed by at least one weaving unit, each two weaving units are connected end to end; each weaving unit is divided into a first closing segment, a split segment and a second closing segment in sequence along a length direction.

A split braid comprises a braid body which is mainly interwoven from multiple warps and two wefts in an integrated manner, wherein the multiple warps are divided into an upper warp group and a lower warp group, the upper warp group is divided into a first upper warp group and a second upper warp group, and the lower warp group is divided into a first lower warp group and a second lower warp group; the braid body is formed by at least one weaving unit, adjacent two weaving units are connected in a longitudinal direction end to end; each weaving unit is divided into a first closing segment, a split segment and a second closing segment in sequence along a longitudinal direction of the braid body, wherein the first closing segment is a flat tubular fabric structure which is woven from the upper warp group, the lower warp group and the first weft as well as the second weft; the split segment is divided into a first branch braid and a second branch braid, the first branch braid is a flat tubular fabric structure which is woven from the first upper warp group, the first lower warp group and the first weft; the second branch braid is a flat tubular fabric structure which is woven from the second upper warp group, the second lower warp group and the second weft; the second closing segment is a flat tubular fabric structure which is woven from the upper warp group, the lower warp group, the first weft and the second weft; the cavity of the first branch braid is respectively communicated with the cavity of the first closing segment and the cavity of the second closing segment; and the cavity of the second branch braid is respectively communicated with the cavity of the first closing segment and the cavity of the second closing segment.

The split braid of  claim 1 , wherein the braid body further comprises a first side thread and a second side thread, the second side thread is arranged on an outer side of the second upper warp group and the second lower warp group along the length direction of the braid body; the first closing segment is composed of a first connecting segment and a first transition segment, wherein in the first connecting segment, the first side thread and the second side thread are arranged on the same side, and the first weft and the upper warp group are interwoven into an upper layer of weaving surface of the first connecting segment, the second weft and the lower weft group are interwoven into a lower layer of weaving surface of the first connecting segment, the first weft, the second weft and the first side thread as well as the second side thread form an edge closing structure of the first connecting segment at one side of the braid body, and the first weft, the second weft and warps of the upper warp group and the lower warp group form a sealing structure of the first connecting segment at another side of the braid body; in the first transition segment, the first side thread extends obliquely from a weaving point between the first connecting segment and the first transition segment to a weaving point between the first closing segment and the first branch braid as well as the second branch braid, and the first side thread extends along a plane in which the upper warp group is located; warps at one side of the first side thread belongs to the first upper warp group, and warps at another side of the first side thread belongs to the second upper warp group; the first weft and the first side thread, the first upper warp group and the first lower warp group are interwoven to form a U-shaped braid structure at one side of the first transition segment; the second weft and the first side thread, the second upper warp group, the second side thread and the second lower warp group are interwoven to form a U-shaped braid structure at another side of the first transition segment; in the first branch ribbon, the first side thread performs edge closing; in the second branch ribbon, the second side thread performs edge closing; the second closing segment is composed of a second transition segment and a second connecting segment, wherein in the second transition segment, the first side thread extends obliquely from a weaving point between the first branch braid as well as the second branch braid and the second closing segment to a weaving point between a second transition segment and a second connecting segment, and the first side thread extends along a plane in which the upper warp group is located; warps at one side of the first side thread belongs to the first upper warp group, and warps at the other side of the first side thread belongs to the second upper warp group; the first weft and the first side thread, the first upper warp group as well as the first lower warp group are interwoven to form a U-shaped braid structure at one side of the second transition segment; the second weft and the first side thread, the second upper warp group, the second side thread as well as the second lower warp group are woven to form a U-shaped braid structure at another side of the second transition segment; in the second connecting segment, the first side thread and the second side thread are located on the same side, the first weft and the upper warp group are interwoven forming an upper layer of weaving surface of the second connecting segment, the second weft and the lower warp group are interwoven forming a lower layer of weaving surface of the second connecting segment, the first weft, the second weft and the first side thread as well as the second side thread form an edge closing structure of the second connecting segment at one side of the braid body, and the first weft, the second weft and warps of the upper warp group and the lower warp group form a sealing structure of the second connecting segment at another side of the braid body.

The split braid of  claim 2 , wherein in the first transition segment, the first side thread extends from the outer side edge to the middle of the braid body, and in the second transition segment, the first side thread extends from the split segment to the outer side of the braid body. 
     
     
         4 . The split braid of  claim 2 , wherein in the first transition segment and the second transition segment, the first weft has the same length as the second weft. 
     
     
         5 . The split braid of  claim 2 , wherein the braid body further comprises at least one connecting line, the connecting line penetrates through the braid body in a reciprocating manner along the thickness direction of the braid body and is interwoven with the first weft and the second weft. 
     
     
         6 . The split braid of  claim 5 , wherein the braid body further comprises at least one central heart line filled inside the braid body. 
     
     
         7 . The split braid of  claim 5 , wherein the braid body further comprises at least one reserved root thread buried at the middle of the braid body or in a bottom layer of the braid body. 
     
     
         8 . The split braid of  claim 1 , wherein the braid body is an elastic fabric or a non-elastic fabric. 
     
     
         9 . The split braid of  claim 1 , wherein the braid body further comprises jacquard threads in the first transition segment and the second transition segment, one of the jacquard threads which is symmetrical to the first side thread, is located on an upper layer of the braid body and inclines towards the split segment from the side edge to be symmetrical to the first side thread, meanwhile, the other two jacquard threads are located on a lower layer of the braid body and are respectively set to be symmetrical to the upper layer of the braid. 
     
     
         10 . The split braid of  claim 2 , wherein the braid body further comprises jacquard threads in the first transition segment and the second transition segment, one of the jacquard threads which is symmetrical to the first side thread, is located on an upper layer of the braid body and inclines towards the split segment from the side edge to be symmetrical to the first side thread, meanwhile, the other two of the jacquard threads are located on a lower layer of the braid body and are respectively set to be symmetrical to the upper layer of the braid. 
     
     
         11 . A method of weaving a split braid, wherein the split braid is mainly interwoven from multiple warps and two wefts in an integrated manner, multiple warps are divided into an upper warp group and a lower warp group, the upper warp group is divided into a first upper warp group and a second upper warp group, and the lower warp group is divided into a first lower warp group and a second lower warp group; and the split braid comprises at least one weaving unit;
 the method comprising:
 weaving a weaving unit by following steps: 
   weaving a first closing segment;   weaving a split segment: divide the first upper warp group as well as the first lower warp group into a upper plane, and divide the second upper warp group as well as the second lower warp group into a lower plane, interweave the first weft with the first upper warp group and the first lower warp group on the upper plane to form the first branch braid, and interweave the second weft with the second upper warp group and the second lower warp group on a lower plane to form the second branch braid;   weaving a second closing segment.   
     
     
         12 . The method of weaving the split braid in  claim 11 , wherein adjacent two weaving units are connected in a longitudinal direction end to end, the method comprising:
 weaving a braid body: connect adjacent two weaving units by weaving the first closing segment of another weaving unit after weaving the second closing segment of one weaving unit.   
     
     
         13 . The method of weaving the split braid in  claim 12 , wherein the split braid comprises first side thread and a second side thread; the step of weaving the first closing segment comprising:
 weaving a first connecting segment: arrange the upper warp group on an upper layer, and the lower warp group on a lower layer, then respectively weave the first weft and the second weft with the upper warp group and the lower warp group in an integrated manner to form the first connecting segment, the first weft and the second weft are interwoven with warps on the same side at two outer sides of the braid body to form sealing structure, and use the first side thread and the second side thread to perform edge closing respectively on the outer side or the inner side which are at the same side of the braid body;   weaving the first transition segment: keep the upper warp group, the lower warp group and the second side thread unchanged, and weave the first side thread extending obliquely from the outer side of the braid body to a weaving point between the first closing segment and the first branch braid as well as the second branch braid along a plane in which the upper warp group is located, weave the first side thread extending obliquely towards a lower inner direction of the braid from the outer side; interweave the first weft and the first upper warp group as well as the first lower warp group to form a U-shaped structure at one side of the first transition segment, and interweave the second weft and the second upper warp group as well as the second lower warp group to form a U-shaped structure at another side of the first transition segment; and connect the two U-shaped braid structures together to form a flat tubular shape braid;   the step of weaving the split segment comprising:
 weaving the first side thread for edge closing at the inner side of the first branch braid; 
 weaving the second side thread for edge closing at the outer side of the second branch braid; 
   the step of weaving the second closing segment comprising:
 weaving a second transition segment, and the method of weaving the second transition segment is the same as the method of weaving the first transition segment; 
 weaving a second connecting segment, and the method of weaving the second connecting segment is the same as the method of weaving the first connecting segment. 
   
     
     
         14 . The method of weaving the split braid in  claim 13 , wherein the first side thread extends from the outer side edge to the middle of the braid body; the first side thread extends from the split segment to the outer side of the braid body. 
     
     
         15 . The method of weaving the split braid in  claim 13 , wherein in the first transition segment and the second transition segment, the first weft has the same length as the second weft. 
     
     
         16 . The method of weaving the split braid in  claim 13 , wherein the braid body further comprises at least one connecting line, and the method comprising: interweaving the connecting line with the first weft and the second weft. 
     
     
         17 . The method of weaving the split braid in  claim 16  comprising: filling at least one central heart line filled inside the braid body. 
     
     
         18 . The method of weaving the split braid in  claim 16  comprising: burying at least one reserved root thread at the middle of the braid body or in a bottom layer of the braid body. 
     
     
         19 . The method of weaving the split braid in  claim 11 , wherein the braid body is an elastic fabric or a non-elastic fabric. 
     
     
         20 . The method of weaving the split braid in  claim 11  comprising: weaving jacquard threads in the first transition segment and the second transition segment; wherein weaving one of the jacquard threads on an upper layer of the braid body and from the side edge towards the split segment, and weaving the one of the jacquard threads symmetrically to the first side thread, meanwhile, weaving the other two of the jacquard threads on a lower layer of the braid body and weaving the other two jacquard threads symmetrically to the upper layer of the braid.
