Abstract
A Christmas tree includes a Christmas tree body. The Christmas tree body has an upright pole and a blade unit that is detachably mounted to the pole to form the Christmas tree. Blades of the blade unit are rotated around the pole by means of natural wind power, thereby improving the fun of the Christmas tree. The structure design is ingenious and reasonable, energy-saving and environmentally friendly, and practical. It is suitable for indoor and outdoor applications. Besides, the assembly is easy, the transportation is convenient, and the cost is low.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A Christmas tree, comprising a Christmas tree body; the Christmas tree body having an upright pole and a blade unit that is detachably mounted to the pole;
the blade unit including a sleeve and a plurality of blades disposed on the sleeve, the plurality of blades being spaced and arranged around an outer circumference of the sleeve, the sleeve being a hollow structure, the sleeve being sleeved on the pole and rotatable relative to the pole; the plurality of blades each having a curved surface.
2 . The Christmas tree as claimed in claim 1 , wherein each of the blades is gradually widened from top to bottom so that an outer contour of the blade unit is gradually enlarged from top to bottom.
3 . The Christmas tree as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the blade unit includes at least two blade units that are vertically spaced from each other and arranged on the pole; the upper and lower adjacent blade units rotate in a same direction, or the upper and lower adjacent blade units rotate in clockwise and counterclockwise directions, respectively.
4 . The Christmas tree as claimed in claim 1 , wherein each of the blades has a bent positioning bar and a blade body connected to the bent positioning bar; the blade body has the curved surface; the bent positioning bar has an upper horizontal bar, a lower horizontal bar and a oblique bar, the oblique bar is connected to outer ends of the upper horizontal bar and the lower horizontal bar; the blade body is connected to any one, two or all of the upper horizontal bar, the lower horizontal bar and the oblique bar; and inner ends of the upper horizontal bar and the lower horizontal bar are connected to the sleeve.
5 . The Christmas tree as claimed in claim 4 , wherein upper and lower ends of the sleeve are connected with an upper positioning ring and a lower positioning ring respectively, the upper positioning ring and the lower positioning ring surround the sleeve; the inner end of the upper horizontal bar is connected to the upper positioning ring, and the inner end of the lower horizontal bar is connected to the lower positioning ring.
6 . The Christmas tree as claimed in claim 4 , wherein the outer end of the lower horizontal bar extends outwardly beyond the outer end of the upper horizontal bar, the oblique bar is curved, all the oblique bars of the blades of the blade unit are curved in a same circumferential direction.
7 . The Christmas tree as claimed in claim 1 , wherein a top end of the pole is provided with a decorative member, the decorative member is located above the blade unit, and the decorative member is detachably mounted to the top end of the pole.
8 . The Christmas tree as claimed in claim 5 , wherein the sleeve includes a sleeve body, an upper connector and a lower connector, the upper connector and the lower connector are detachably connected to upper and lower ends of the sleeve body, respectively; the upper positioning ring is connected to the upper connector, and the lower positioning ring is connected to the lower connector.
9 . The Christmas tree as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the pole is detachably connected to a base, and the base located at a bottom end of the pole.
10 . The Christmas tree as claimed in claim 1 , wherein a lighting member is provided on the blades.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
