Abstract
Methods and compositions for synchronizing the time of insemination in swine are described. More particularly, methods are described for synchronizing the time of insemination by administration of a composition comprising a hormone, wherein the swine is inseminated only one time after administration of the hormone, and wherein there is no heat detection.

exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A method of synchronizing time of insemination in a swine without heat detection, the method comprising the step of,
administering to the swine, on the fourth day after weaning, a dose of a hormone selected from the group consisting of a gonadotropin releasing hormone, a luteinizing hormone, a human chorionic gonadotropin, and combinations thereof, wherein the swine is inseminated only one time about 15 to about 24 hours after administration of the hormone and wherein there is no heat detection.
