a purse defining an interior space; a handle coupled to a top proximate to a first end of the purse; and a weight coupled to the purse and positioned in the interior space, the weight being positioned proximate to a second end of the purse wherein the handle is configured for grasping in a hand of a user positioning the user for swinging the purse for striking an assailant.

. The handbag of claim 1 , further including the purse being substantially rectangularly shaped, the first end being dimensionally shorter than the second end such that the top comprises a first section and a second section, the first section extending angularly from the first end, the second section extending from the first section to the second end such that the second section is substantially parallel to a bottom of the purse.

. The handbag of claim 2 , further including the handle comprising a plate and a slot, the plate being coupled to the first section of the top, the slot being positioned in the plate such that the slot is substantially parallel to the first section of the top.

. The handbag of claim 3 , further including the plate being tapered such that an outer edge of the plate is substantially parallel to the first section of the top.

. The handbag of claim 4 , further including opposing endpoints of the outer edge being arcuate.

. The handbag of claim 1 , further including the weight comprising metal.

. The handbag of claim 6 , further including the weight comprising steel.

. The handbag of claim 7 , further including the weight comprising stainless steel.

. The handbag of claim 1 , further including the weight being substantially spherically shaped.

. The handbag of claim 9 , further including the weight having a diameter of from 1.2 to 4.0 centimeters.

. The handbag of claim 10 , further including the weight having a diameter of from 2.0 to 3.0 centimeters.

. The handbag of claim 11 , further including the weight having a diameter of 2.5 centimeters.

. The handbag of claim 1 , further including a sleeve coupled to the purse and positioned in the interior space proximate to the second end and a bottom of the purse, the weight being positioned in the sleeve.

. The handbag of claim 13 , further including the sleeve comprising as least one of nylon, poly-paraphenylene terephthalamide, and leather.

. The handbag of claim 2 , further comprising
a slit positioned in the top of the purse, the slit being positioned in the second section of the top wherein the slit is configured for accessing the interior space; and a closure coupled to the purse proximate to the slit such that the closure is positioned for selectively closing the slit.

. The handbag of claim 15 , further including the closure comprising a zipper.

. The handbag of claim 16 , further including the zipper opening by motivating a slider of the zipper toward the second end of the purse.

. The handbag of claim 1 , further including a loop ring hingedly coupled to the purse proximate to the top wherein the loop ring is configured for selectively coupling to a wrist loop positioning the user for inserting a wrist into the wrist loop for coupling the purse to the user.

. The handbag of claim 1 , further including a pair of strap rings coupled singly to the purse proximate to the first end and the second end wherein each strap ring is configured for selectively coupling to a respective opposing end of a waist strap and a shoulder strap positioning the user for selectively coupling the purse to a waist and a shoulder of the user.

. A weaponized handbag comprising:
a purse defining an interior space, the purse being substantially rectangularly shaped, the purse having a top, a first end, and a second end, the first end being dimensionally shorter than the second end such that the top comprises a first section and a second section, the first section extending angularly from the first end, the second section extending from the first section to the second end such that the second section is substantially parallel to a bottom of the purse; a handle coupled to the top proximate to the first end of the purse, the handle comprising a plate and a slot, the plate being coupled to the first section of the top, the slot being positioned in the plate such that the slot is substantially parallel to the first section of the top, the plate being tapered such that an outer edge of the plate is substantially parallel to the first section of the top, opposing endpoints of the outer edge being arcuate; a weight coupled to the purse and positioned in the interior space, the weight being positioned proximate to the second end of the purse wherein the handle is configured for grasping in a hand of a user positioning the user for swinging the purse for striking an assailant, the weight comprising metal, the weight comprising steel, the weight comprising stainless steel, the weight being substantially spherically shaped, the weight having a diameter of from 1.2 to 4.0 centimeters, the weight having a diameter of from 2.0 to 3.0 centimeters, the weight having a diameter of 2.5 centimeters; a sleeve coupled to the purse and positioned in the interior space proximate to the second end and the bottom of the purse, the weight being positioned in the sleeve, the sleeve comprising as least one of nylon, poly-paraphenylene terephthalamide, and leather; a slit positioned in the top of the purse wherein the slit is configured for accessing the interior space, the slit being positioned in the second section of the top; a closure coupled to the purse proximate to the slit such that the closure is positioned for selectively closing the slit, the closure comprising a zipper, the zipper opening by motivating a slider of the zipper toward the second end of the purse; a loop ring hingedly coupled to the purse proximate to the top wherein the loop ring is configured for selectively coupling to a wrist loop positioning the user for inserting a wrist into the wrist loop for coupling the purse to the user; and a pair of strap rings coupled singly to the purse proximate to the first end and the second end wherein each strap ring is configured for selectively coupling to a respective opposing end of a waist strap and a shoulder strap positioning the user for selectively coupling the purse to a waist and a shoulder of the user.
