Abstract

The present invention relates to certain pyrazole derivatives of Formula (I) and pharmaceutical compositions thereof that modulate the activity of the 5-HT2A serotonin receptor and their uses for the treatment of REM sleep behavior disorder.

1 . A method for the prophylaxis and/or treatment of REM sleep behavior disorder, idiopathic REM sleep behavior disorder, or a combination thereof, in a subject in need thereof comprising administering to said subject a therapeutically effective amount of a 5-HT 2A  inverse agonist.
