Abstract
Described herein are formulations that can include one or more enzymes that can break down one or more components of scar tissue. Also provided herein are methods of treating scar tissue by administering a formulation provided herein to a subject in need thereof.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 - 10 . (canceled)
11 . A method of treating an ocular bleb in a subject, the method comprising:
delivering an agent or formulation thereof to the ocular bleb or a region proximate to the ocular bleb, wherein the agent comprises FAS-ligand.
12 . The method of claim 11 , wherein the agent is an enzyme.
13 . The method of claim 11 , wherein the agent further comprises collagenase, hyaluronidase, serrapeptase, nattokinase, or combinations thereof.
14 . The method of claim 11 , wherein the agent is coupled to a magnetic nanoparticle.
15 . The method of claim 14 , further comprising the step of exposing the ocular bleb to a magnetic field.
16 . The method of claim 11 , wherein the subject is a human.
17 . The method of claim 11 , wherein the subject is a non-human animal.
18 . (canceled)
19 . The method of claim 11 , further comprising the step of codelivering a dye with the agent or formulation thereof.
20 . The method of claim 11 , further comprising the step of imaging the subject using resonance imaging (MRI), computed tomography (CT), positron emission tomography (PET) scan, X-ray, or confocal microscopy.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
