Abstract

An upper body exercise device for exercising in a cab of a semitruck includes a base that is configured to position on a floor of the cab of the semitruck. A frame is coupled to and extends perpendicularly from the base. A pullup bar is coupled to the frame proximate to a top of the frame. The pullup bar is configured to be grasped in hands of a user, positioning the user to perform an associated upper body exercise. Each of a pair of handles is coupled to and extends perpendicularly from a respective opposing side of the frame. The pair of handles is positioned between the base and the top of the frame so that each handle is configured to be grasped in a respective hand of the user, positioning the user to perform an associated upper body exercise.
