Abstract

         8 . A method for treating cancer, the method comprising administering to a subject in need thereof an effective amount of the compound of  claim 3  or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. 
     
     
         9 . The method of  claim 8 , wherein the cancer is pancreatic cancer, prostate cancer, lung cancer, melanoma, breast cancer, colon cancer, or ovarian cancer. 
     
     
         10 . A pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound of  claim 5  or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or diluent. 
     
     
         11 . A method for treating cancer, the method comprising administering to a subject in need thereof an effective amount of the compound of  claim 5  or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. 
     
     
         12 . The method of  claim 11 , wherein the cancer is pancreatic cancer, prostate cancer, lung cancer, melanoma, breast cancer, colon cancer, or ovarian cancer. 
     
     
         13 . A pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound of  claim 6  or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or diluent. 
     
     
         14 . A method for treating cancer, the method comprising administering to a subject in need thereof an effective amount of the compound of  claim 6  or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. 
     
     
         15 . The method of  claim 14 , wherein the cancer is pancreatic cancer, prostate cancer, lung cancer, melanoma, breast cancer, colon cancer, or ovarian cancer.
