Abstract
Provided herein are devices, methods, and systems of applying cosmetic, serum, and medical/medicinal product to an eyelash or hair, in several embodiments, about which a plurality of arms and heads interact with the hairs to apply and distribute an even amount of product to the hairs or eyelash. By intertwining two or more heads in a scissors fashion the device can evenly distribute the amount of product on the eyelashes, thus saving time, effort, and product.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . An apparatus for applying product comprising:
A cosmetic applicator ( 100 ), comprising:
a first component ( 110 ) comprising a first handle ( 112 ), a first arm ( 114 ), and a first head ( 116 ) having a plurality of first bristles ( 118 ), wherein the first handle ( 112 ) and the first arm ( 114 ) meet at a first hinge and pivot region ( 120 );
a second component ( 130 ) comprising a second handle ( 132 ), a second arm ( 134 ), and a second head ( 136 ) having a plurality of second bristles ( 138 ), wherein the second handle ( 132 ) and the second arm ( 134 ) meet at a second hinge and pivot region ( 140 );
wherein the first hinge and pivot region ( 120 ) hingeably attaches to the second hinge and pivot region ( 140 );
wherein when the first handle ( 112 ) and the second handle ( 132 ) are moved toward each other, the first head ( 116 ) and the second head ( 136 ) move away from each other.
2 . The cosmetic applicator of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of first bristles ( 118 ) and the plurality of second bristles ( 138 ) are a sufficient distance to allow the plurality of first bristles ( 118 ) and the plurality of second bristles ( 138 ) to interact with eyelashes and hair.
3 . The cosmetic applicator of claim 1 , wherein the first handle ( 112 ) and the second handle ( 132 ) are removably coupled to the first head ( 116 ) and the second head ( 136 ).
4 . The cosmetic applicator of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of first bristles ( 118 ) and the plurality of second bristles ( 138 ) are moveable.
5 . The cosmetic applicator of claim 4 , wherein movement of the plurality of first bristles ( 118 ) and the plurality of second bristles ( 138 ) comprises at least one physical interaction (intertwining).
6 . A bristle assembly ( 150 ), comprising:
a first component ( 160 ) comprising a first handle ( 162 ), a first arm ( 164 ), and a first head ( 166 ) having a plurality of first bristles ( 168 ); a second component ( 170 ) comprising a second handle ( 172 ), a second arm ( 174 ), and a second head ( 176 ) having a plurality of second bristles ( 178 ); wherein the first arm ( 164 ) and the second arm ( 174 ) are flexibly independent or inversely dependent of each other; wherein the first handle ( 162 ) and second handle ( 172 ) are detachably connected to the first arm ( 164 ) and second arm ( 174 ).
7 . The bristle assembly of claim 6 , wherein movement of the first component ( 160 ) and the second component ( 170 ) transmit mechanical force received from the first handle ( 162 ) and the second handle ( 172 ) to the plurality of first bristles ( 168 ) and the plurality of second bristles ( 178 ) respectively.
8 . The bristle assembly of claim 7 , wherein the plurality of first bristles ( 168 ) and the plurality of second bristles ( 178 ) are a sufficient distance to allow the plurality of first bristles ( 168 ) and the plurality of second bristles ( 178 ) to interact with eyelashes and hair.
9 . The bristle assembly of claim 7 , wherein the plurality of first bristles ( 168 ) and the plurality of second bristles ( 178 ) are moveable.
10 . The bristle assembly of claim 9 , wherein the movement of the plurality of first bristles ( 168 ) and the plurality of second bristles ( 178 ) comprises at least one physical interaction (intertwining).
11 . A cosmetic applicator assembly ( 180 ), comprising:
a container ( 190 ) with a first chamber ( 192 ) and a second chamber ( 194 ); wherein a first attaching region ( 196 ) in the first chamber ( 192 ) fluidly connects with the first component of the cosmetic applicator; wherein a second attaching region ( 198 ) in the second chamber ( 194 ) fluidly connects with the second component of the cosmetic applicator; wherein a plurality of first bristles and a plurality of second bristles of the cosmetic applicator are coated with mascara evenly when a first component and a second component of the cosmetic applicator are pulled out of the container ( 190 ).
12 . The cosmetic applicator assembly of claim 11 , where in the plurality of first bristles and the plurality of second bristles interact with an internal structure for cosmetic product application onto the plurality of first bristles and the plurality of second bristles.
13 . The cosmetic applicator assembly of claim 11 , where in a first arm and a second arm of the cosmetic applicator are coupled with a first cap and a second cap disposed on the container ( 190 ).
14 . The apparatus of claim 1 , where in the material or product being applied is a drug.
15 . The apparatus of claim 14 , wherein the application of the drug is for treatment of demodex mites.
16 . The apparatus of claim 15 , wherein even application of the drug on eyelashes allows for precise dosage and effectiveness of the drug on the eyelashes and the demodex mites.
17 . The apparatus of claim 14 , where in the application of the drug is for stimulation of eyelash length growth.
18 . The apparatus of claim 14 , where in application of the drug is for stimulation of eyelash thickening and fullness.
19 . The apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the material or product being applied is a serum.
20 . The apparatus of claim 19 , wherein the application of the serum is for stimulation of eyelash growth.
