Abstract
In one embodiment herein a nasal medicament delivery training device configured to provide stepwise instructions for using the device that are delivered to a user in a particular sequence is provided. The device includes a housing having an actuation member to simulate delivery of medicament from the device. The device also includes a control interface associated with the device, the control interface including at least one responsive member reactive to a user input. The device further includes a signal output component associated therewith, and circuitry associated with the device configured so as to control a provision of the stepwise instructions to the user in the particular sequence.

a housing having an actuation member to simulate delivery of medicament from the device; a control interface associated with the device, the control interface comprising at least one responsive member reactive to a user input; a signal output component associated with the device; and circuitry associated with the device configured so as to control a provision of the stepwise instructions to the user in the particular sequence.
2 . The nasal medicament delivery training device of claim 1 , further comprising a sensor to detect a condition of the device.
3 . The nasal medicament delivery training device of claim 2 , wherein an output of the device from the signal output component is initiated in response to a predetermined value detected for a condition.
4 . The nasal medicament delivery training device of claim 2 , wherein the sensor is an orientation sensor, provided to detect an orientation of the device.
5 . The nasal medicament delivery training device of claim 4 , wherein the signal output component is initiated if the detected orientation of the device meets a predetermined orientation.
6 . The nasal medicament delivery training device of claim 2 , wherein the sensor is a contact sensor provided to detect a contact between the device and the user.
7 . The nasal medicament delivery training device of claim 6 , wherein the signal output component is initiated if the detected contact of the device meets a predetermined contact value.
8 . The nasal medicament delivery training device of claim 2 , wherein the sensor is a perpendicularity sensor provided to detect the perpendicularity of the device relative to a surface of the user.
9 . The nasal medicament delivery training device of claim 8 , wherein the signal output component is initiated if the detected perpendicularity of the device meets a predetermined perpendicularity value.

The nasal medicament delivery training device of claim 2 , wherein the sensor is provided to detect alignment of the device during the medicament delivery simulation, and wherein the signal output component is initiated if the detected alignment of the device meets a predetermined alignment value.
