Abstract

The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition for cancer treatment comprising an antibody against CCR8.

1 . A pharmaceutical composition for cancer treatment, comprising an antibody against CCR8. 
     
     
         2 . The pharmaceutical composition according to  claim 1 , wherein the antibody against CCR8 is an antibody having ADCC activity. 
     
     
         3 . The pharmaceutical composition according to  claim 1 , wherein the antibody against CCR8 is a CCR8-neutralizing antibody. 
     
     
         4 . The pharmaceutical composition according to  claim 1 , wherein the antibody against CCR8 has an effect of removing tumor-infiltrating Treg cells. 
     
     
         5 . The pharmaceutical composition according to  claim 1 , wherein the antibody against CCR8 has an effect of removing tumor-infiltrating macrophage cells. 
     
     
         6 . The pharmaceutical composition according to  claim 1 , wherein the cancer is breast cancer, colorectal cancer, kidney cancer or sarcoma. 
     
     
         7 . A medicament for cancer treatment, comprising a combination of an antibody against CCR8 and an anti-PD-1 antibody or an anti-PD-L1 antibody. 
     
     
         8 . A method for treating a cancer, comprising administering an antibody against CCR8 according to  claim 1 . 
     
     
         9 . The antibody against CCR8 according to  claim 1  for treating a cancer.
