Abstract

A system, method, and computer-readable medium to deliver patient reported outcomes and therapeutic recommendations to patients with immunotherapy. Management of adverse events in the treatment of patients implementing a digital therapeutic(s) that enforces a digital care pathway that receives patient data of answers to machine generated questions and patient symptoms, where the patient data is consumed by digital care pathway. The patient data is process with digital therapeutics (DTx) knowledge models that influence the digital care pathway. Recommendations are provided based on the processed data.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

         1 . A computer-implementable method of digital therapeutics comprising:
enforcing a digital care pathway receiving patient data of answers to machine generated questions and patient symptoms, wherein the patient data is consumed by digital care pathway; processing the patient data with dynamic knowledge models influencing the digital care pathway; and providing a recommendation based on the processed patient data and knowledge models.

2 . The method of claim 1 wherein the receiving patient data is dynamic and changes over time.

3 . The method of claim 1 wherein the patient data comprises patient electronic health records and patient generated outcomes.

4 . The method of claim 1 wherein the dynamic knowledge models are created and updated with information provided by medical experts.

5 . The method of claim 1 wherein the dynamic knowledge models are defined by domains and programs.

6 . The method of claim 1 wherein the questions are refined based on determinative factors related to the patient.

7 . The method of claim 1 wherein the digital therapeutics is related to oncology immunotherapy treatment.

         8 . A system comprising:
a processor; a data bus coupled to the processor; and a non-transitory, computer-readable storage medium embodying computer program code, the non-transitory, computer-readable storage medium being coupled to the data bus, the computer program code interacting with a plurality of computer operations and comprising instructions executable by the processor and configured for:
 enforcing a digital care pathway
 receiving patient data of answers to machine generated questions and patient symptoms, wherein the patient data is consumed by digital care pathway;
processing the patient data with digital therapeutics (DTx) knowledge models influencing the digital care pathway; and
providing a recommendation based on the processed patient data.

9 . The system of claim 8 wherein receiving patient data is dynamic and changes over time.

10 . The system of claim 8 wherein the patient data comprises patient electronic health records and patient generated outcomes.

11 . The system of claim 8 wherein the DTx knowledge models are authored, created and updated with information provided by medical experts.

12 . The system of claim 8 wherein the DTx knowledge models are defined by domains and programs.

13 . The system of claim 8 wherein the questions are refined based on determinative factors related to the patient.

14 . The system of claim 8 wherein the digital therapeutics is related to oncology immunotherapy treatment.

15 . A non-transitory, computer-readable storage medium embodying computer program code, the computer program code comprising computer executable instructions configured for:
enforcing a digital care pathway receiving patient data of answers to machine generated questions and patient symptoms, wherein the patient data is consumed by digital care pathway; processing the patient data with digital therapeutics (DTx) knowledge models influencing the digital care pathway; and providing a recommendation based on the processed patient data.

16 . The non-transitory, computer-readable storage medium of claim 15 wherein patient data is dynamic and changes over time.

17 . The non-transitory, computer-readable storage medium of claim 15 wherein patient data is dynamic and changes over time.

18 . The non-transitory, computer-readable storage medium of claim 15 wherein the DTx knowledge models are created and updated with information provided by medical experts.

19 . The non-transitory, computer-readable storage medium of claim 15 wherein are refined based on determinative factors related to the patient.

20 . The non-transitory, computer-readable storage medium of claim 15 wherein the digital therapeutics is related to oncology immunotherapy treatment.
