Abstract

The disclosure relates to a carrying case used for an electronic cigarette and a cartridge thereof, including: a top cap, a bottom cap pivotally connected to the top cap, at least two magnets disposed in the top cap, and at least two magnets disposed in the bottom cap, where the magnet disposed in the top cap and close to a pivotal joint between the top cap and the bottom cap and the magnet disposed in the bottom cap and away from the pivotal joint between the top cap and the bottom cap attract each other; the magnet disposed in the top cap and away from the pivotal joint between the top cap and the bottom cap and the magnet disposed in the bottom cap and close to the pivotal joint between the top cap and the bottom cap repulse each other.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A carrying case used for an electronic cigarette and a cartridge thereof, comprising:
 a top cap, comprising a first end part, a first side, and a second side opposite to the first side;   a bottom cap, comprising a third end part, a third side, and a fourth side opposite to the third side, the third side of the bottom cap being pivotally connected to the first side of the top cap, and the first end part of the top cap being adjacent to the third end part of the bottom cap;   a first magnet, disposed at the first end part of the top cap and close to the first side;   a second magnet, disposed at the first end part of the top cap and close to the second side;   a third magnet, disposed at the third end part of the bottom cap and close to the third side; and   a fourth magnet, disposed at the third end part of the bottom cap and close to the fourth side;   wherein a first end of the first magnet, a second end of the second magnet, and a third end of the third magnet have the same polarity;   a fourth end of the fourth magnet and a first end of the first magnet have different polarities, and a second end of the second magnet and a third end of the third magnet have different polarities.   
     
     
         2 . The carrying case according to  claim 1 , wherein the first end of the first magnet, the second end of the second magnet, and the third end of the third magnet are N poles, and the fourth end of the fourth magnet is an S pole. 
     
     
         3 . The carrying case according to  claim 1 , further comprising a fifth magnet, a sixth magnet, a seventh magnet, and an eighth magnet, wherein
 the fifth magnet is disposed at a second end part opposite to the first end part of the top cap and is close to the first side,   the sixth magnet is disposed at the second end part of the top cap and is close to the second side,   the seventh magnet is disposed at a fourth end part opposite to the third end part of the bottom cap and is close to the third side,   the eighth magnet is disposed at the fourth end part of the bottom cap and is close to the fourth side,   wherein a fifth end of the fifth magnet, a sixth end of the sixth magnet, and a seventh end of the seventh magnet have the same polarity; and   an eighth end of the eighth magnet and a fifth end of the fifth magnet have different polarities, and a sixth end of the sixth magnet and a seventh end of the seventh magnet have different polarities.   
     
     
         4 . The carrying case according to  claim 3 , wherein the fifth end of the fifth magnet, the sixth end of the sixth magnet, and the seventh end of the seventh magnet are N poles, and the eighth end of the eighth magnet is an S pole. 
     
     
         5 . The carrying case according to  claim 1 , further comprising at least one top cap buffer foam disposed on an inner surface of the top cap. 
     
     
         6 . The carrying case according to  claim 1 , further comprising a silicone lining disposed on an inner surface of an internal space of the bottom cap. 
     
     
         7 . The carrying case according to  claim 1 , further comprising a first drawer-type cartridge cabin and a second drawer-type cartridge cabin, wherein the first drawer-type cartridge cabin is received in a first opening of a first side face of the bottom cap, and the second drawer-type cartridge cabin is received in a second opening of a second side face opposite to the first side face of the bottom cap. 
     
     
         8 . The carrying case according to  claim 7 , wherein the first and the second drawer-type cartridge cabins are respectively connected to the bottom cap through a switching mechanism. 
     
     
         9 . The carrying case according to  claim 8 , wherein the switching mechanism is a PUSH-PUSH type mechanism. 
     
     
         10 . The carrying case according to  claim 7 , wherein a cartridge cabin buffer foam is disposed inside the first drawer-type cartridge cabin and a cartridge cabin buffer foam is disposed inside the second drawer-type cartridge cabin. 
     
     
         11 . A carrying case used for an electronic cigarette and a cartridge thereof, comprising:
 a top cap, comprising a first end part and a first side;   a bottom cap, comprising a second end part and a second side, the second side of the bottom cap being pivotally connected to the first side of the top cap, and the first end part of the top cap being adjacent to the second end part of the bottom cap; and   two metal components that attract each other are respectively disposed at the first end part of the top cap and the second end part of the bottom cap.   
     
     
         12 . The carrying case according to  claim 11 , wherein the metal component disposed at the first end part of the top cap is a magnet. 
     
     
         13 . The carrying case according to  claim 11 , wherein the metal component disposed at the second end part of the bottom cap is a magnet. 
     
     
         14 . The carrying case according to  claim 11 , further comprising two metal components that attract each other, which are respectively disposed at a second end part opposite to the first end part of the top cap and a fourth end part opposite to the third end part of the bottom cap. 
     
     
         15 . The carrying case according to  claim 14 , wherein the metal component disposed at the second end part of the top cap is a magnet. 
     
     
         16 . The carrying case according to  claim 14 , wherein the metal component disposed at the fourth end part of the bottom cap is a magnet. 
     
     
         17 . The carrying case according to  claim 11 , further comprising at least one top cap buffer foam disposed on an inner surface of the top cap. 
     
     
         18 . The carrying case according to  claim 11 , further comprising a silicone lining disposed on an inner surface of an internal space of the bottom cap. 
     
     
         19 . The carrying case according to  claim 11 , further comprising a first drawer-type cartridge cabin and a second drawer-type cartridge cabin, wherein the first drawer-type cartridge cabin is received in a first opening of the bottom cap, and the second drawer-type cartridge cabin is received in a second opening opposite to the first opening of the bottom cap. 
     
     
         20 . The carrying case according to  claim 19 , wherein the first and the second drawer-type cartridge cabins are respectively connected to the bottom cap through a switching mechanism. 
     
     
         21 . The carrying case according to  claim 20 , wherein the switching mechanism is a PUSH-PUSH type mechanism. 
     
     
         22 . The carrying case according to  claim 19 , wherein a cartridge cabin buffer foam is disposed inside the first drawer-type cartridge cabin and a cartridge cabin buffer foam is disposed inside the second drawer-type cartridge cabin.
