Interactive User Interface for Profile Management

Abstract

Techniques for managing electronic user profiles are presented herein. An example method includes accessing, from a data structure, a user profile. The user profile can include a profile identifier and a plurality of data fields. The method also includes displaying, on a display device, an interactive user interface. The user interface can include a plurality of user interface action elements. Each of the user interface action elements can be associated with a data field in the data structure. Each of the user interface action elements can also be individually selectable by a respective user action to transmit the associated data field to a remote device. In response to receiving a selection of a user interface action element, the method can further include transmitting the associated data field and the profile identifier to a router configured to send, based on the profile identifier, the associated data field to the remote device.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A method comprising:
 displaying, via a user interface, a data field that includes information; and   responsive to a swiping gesture in relation to display of the data field, sending a message with the information displayed in the data field to a service provider.   
     
     
         2 . The method as described in  claim 1 , further comprising receiving the swiping gesture in relation to the display of the data field. 
     
     
         3 . The method as described in  claim 1 , further comprising:
 displaying at least one additional data field that includes different information; and   responsive to the swiping gesture in relation to display of the at least one additional data field, sending at least one additional message with the different information displayed in the at least one additional data field.   
     
     
         4 . The method as described in  claim 1 , further comprising:
 displaying at least one additional data field that includes different information; and   responsive to the swiping gesture in relation to display of the at least one additional data field, performing a different action in relation to the different information from sending a message to the service provider.   
     
     
         5 . The method as described in  claim 4 , wherein the different action is establishing a communication channel using the different information, the communication channel established between the service provider and a device displaying the data field and the additional data field. 
     
     
         6 . The method as described in  claim 5 , wherein the communication channel facilitates voice communication between a user of the device and the service provider. 
     
     
         7 . The method as described in  claim 1 , further comprising causing display of a user interface element corresponding to the data field to slide responsive to the swiping gesture. 
     
     
         8 . The method as described in  claim 1 , wherein receipt of the swiping gesture includes detecting a finger performing a gesture in relation to the display of the data field. 
     
     
         9 . The method as described in  claim 1 , wherein receipt of the swiping gesture includes detecting a stylus performing a gesture in relation to the display of the data field. 
     
     
         10 . The method as described in  claim 1 , wherein the information comprises profile information of a user profile. 
     
     
         11 . The method as described in  claim 10 , wherein the profile information comprises at least one of:
 a name of a user corresponding to the user profile;   an address of the user;   an identifier of the user;   customer care information included in the user profile; or   a secret question.   
     
     
         12 . A computing device comprising:
 a touch-sensitive display device; and   an application implemented at the computing device to:
 cause display, via the touch-sensitive display device, of a data field that includes information; and 
 responsive to a swiping gesture in relation to the display of the data field, send a message with the information displayed in the data field to a service provider. 
   
     
     
         13 . The computing device as described in  claim 12 , wherein the swiping gesture is received via the touch-sensitive display device in relation to the display of the data field. 
     
     
         14 . The computing device as described in  claim 12 , wherein the application is further configured to:
 cause display of at least one additional data field that includes different information; and   responsive to the swiping gesture in relation to the display of the at least one additional data field, send at least one additional message with the different information displayed in the at least one additional data field.   
     
     
         15 . The computing device as described in  claim 12 , wherein the application is further configured to:
 cause display of at least one additional data field that includes different information; and   responsive to the swiping gesture in relation to the display of the at least one additional data field, perform a different action in relation to the different information from sending a message to the service provider.   
     
     
         16 . The computing device as described in  claim 15 , wherein the different action is establishing a communication channel using the different information, the communication channel established between the service provider and the computing device. 
     
     
         17 . The computing device as described in  claim 16 , wherein the communication channel facilitates voice communication between a user of the computing device and the service provider. 
     
     
         18 . One or more computer-readable storage media having stored thereon instructions that are executable by a computing device to perform operations comprising:
 displaying, via a user interface, a data field that includes information; and   responsive to a swiping gesture in relation to display of the data field, sending a message with the information displayed in the data field to a service provider.   
     
     
         19 . The one or more computer-readable storage media as described in  claim 18 , wherein the operations further comprise receiving the swiping gesture in relation to the display of the data field. 
     
     
         20 . The one or more computer-readable storage media as described in  claim 18 , wherein the operations further comprise causing display of a user interface element corresponding to the data field to slide responsive to the swiping gesture.
