Abstract
The present application discloses a subband switching method, including: determining, by a network device, a target subband to which user equipment is to switch; sending, by the network device, identification information of the target subband to the user equipment; determining configuration information of the target subband according to the identification information of the target subband; and switching, by the user equipment, to the target subband according to the configuration information of the target subband. In the subband switching method provided in embodiments of the present application, switching between subbands can be implemented, so that when the UE has a subband switching requirement, the user equipment can be instructed to switch to a target subband. Therefore, service quality of the UE is improved.

1 . An indicating method comprising:
receiving identification information of a target subband from a network device, wherein the identification information indicates the target subband to be switched to, and is associated with configuration information comprising at least one of a subcarrier space or a cyclic prefix (CP) length of the target subband; and determining the configuration information of the target subband based on the identification information.
2 . The method according to claim 1 further comprising receiving the configuration information of the target subband from the network device.
3 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein the target subband and a source subband are in a same cell.
4 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein the target subband and a source subband are in different cells.
5 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein the configuration information further comprises a random access parameter for random access to the target subbband.
6 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein the identification information of the target subband is different from a cell identity.
7 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein before receiving the identification information of the target subband from the network device, the method comprises:
receiving information from the network device designating a subband; and transmitting, according to the information, a reference signal on the subband designated.
8 . An indicating method comprising:
generating identification information of a target subband, wherein the identification information indicates the target subband to be switched to, and is associated with configuration information comprising at least one of a subcarrier space or a cyclic prefix (CP) length of the target subband; and transmitting the identification information of the target subband to a terminal device.
9 . The method according to claim 8 further comprising transmitting the configuration information of the target subband to the terminal device.
10 . The method according to claim 8 , wherein the target subband and a source subband are in a same cell.
11 . The method according to claim 8 , wherein the target subband and a source subband are in different cells.
12 . The method according to claim 8 , wherein configuration information further comprises a random access parameter for random access to the target subbband.
13 . The method according to claim 8 , wherein the identification information of the target subband is different from a cell identity.
14 . The method according to claim 8 , wherein before transmitting the identification information of the target subband to the terminal device, the method comprises:
transmitting information to the terminal device designating a subband; and receiving a reference signal on the subband designated from the terminal device.
15 . A communication apparatus comprising at least one processor, wherein the at least one processor is configured to read one or more instructions in a memory so as to configure the processor to provide at least the following operations:
cause a transceiver to receive identification information of a target subband from a network device, wherein the identification information indicates the target subband to be switched to, and is associated with configuration information comprising at least one of a subcarrier space or a cyclic prefix (CP) length, of the target subband; and determine the configuration information of the target subband based on the identification information.
16 . The apparatus according to claim 15 , wherein the at least one processor is further configured to cause the transceiver to receive the configuration information of the target subband from the network device.
17 . The apparatus according to claim 15 , wherein the target subband and a source subband are in a same cell.
18 . The apparatus according to claim 15 , wherein the target subband and a source subband are in different cells.
19 . The apparatus according to claim 15 , wherein configuration information further comprises a random access parameter for random access to the target subbband.
20 . The apparatus according to claim 15 , wherein the identification information of the target subband is different from a cell identity.
21 . The apparatus according to claim 15 , wherein the at least one processor is configured to cause the transceiver to:
receive information from the network device designating a subband before receiving the identification information of the target subband from the network device; and transmit, according to the information, a reference signal on the subband designated.
22 . The apparatus according to claim 15 , wherein the apparatus is a terminal device.
23 . The apparatus according to claim 15 , wherein the apparatus is a chip or a chip system.
24 . A communication apparatus comprising at least one processor, wherein the at least one processor is configured to read one or more instructions in a memory such that the processor is configured to provide at least the following operations:
generate identification information of a target subband, wherein the identification information indicates the target subband to be switched to, and is associated with configuration information comprising at least one of a subcarrier space or a cyclic prefix (CP) length of the target subband; and cause a transceiver to transmit the identification information of the target subband to a terminal device.
25 . The apparatus according to claim 24 , wherein the at least one processor is further configured to cause the transceiver to transmit the configuration information of the target subband to the terminal device.
26 . The apparatus according to claim 24 , wherein the target subband and a source subband are in a same cell.
27 . The apparatus according to claim 24 , wherein the target subband and a source subband are in different cells.
28 . The apparatus according to claim 24 , wherein the configuration information further comprises a random access parameter for random access to the target subbband.
29 . The apparatus according to claim 24 , wherein the identification information of the target subband is different from a cell identity.
30 . The apparatus according to claim 24 , wherein the at least one processor is further configured to cause the transceiver to:
transmit information to the terminal device designating a subband before transmitting the identification information of the target subband to the terminal device; and receive a reference signal on the subband designated from the terminal device.
