Abstract

Wellness monitoring systems and methods that account for both environmental characteristics of habitable environments (e.g., hotel or motel rooms, spas, resorts, cruise boat cabins, offices, hospitals and/or homes, apartments or residences) and biometric feedback. The wellness monitoring systems collect data from a plurality of environmental sensors in one or more habitable environments and collect data from a plurality of body worn sensors. The wellness monitoring systems analyze the collected data to generate reports and/or prompt individuals to take action or complete an activity.
