Abstract

The present invention provides a peptide-based immunotherapy for ASPH-expressing tumors.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A composition comprising a therapeutically effective amount of a purified aspartate-β-hydroxylase (ASPH) peptide, wherein said peptide comprises at least 7 amino acids in length and fewer amino acids than the full length ASPH protein and wherein said peptide comprises an HLA class I or class II-restricted epitope sequence.

2 . The composition of claim 1 , wherein the peptide comprises the HLA class II restricted sequence of TGYTELVKSLERNWKLI (SEQ ID NO:11).

3 . The composition of claim 1 , wherein the peptide comprises the HLA class I restricted sequence of YPQSPRARY (SEQ ID NO:26).

4 . The composition of claim 1 , wherein the peptide is selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NOs: 1-45.

5 . The composition of claim 1 , further comprising a pharmaceutical carrier, adjuvant or other co-ingredient.

         6 . A vaccine comprising the composition of claim 1 .
