Provided are compounds useful for treating of cancer and methods for treating of cancer, comprising administering to a subject in need thereof a compound described therein.

A tablet comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier and a crystalline form of 2-methyl-1-[(4-[6-(trifluoromethyl)pyridin-2-yl]-6-{[2-(trifluoromethyl)pyridin-4-yl]amino}-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl)amino]propan-2-ol methanesulfonate, wherein the crystalline form is characterized by an X-ray powder diffraction pattern having peaks at 2θ angles of 7.5, 9.3, 14.5, 18.8, 21.3, and 24.8°±0.2°.
50 . The tablet of claim 49 , wherein the crystalline form is characterized by an X-ray powder diffraction pattern substantially similar to FIG. 5 .
51 . The tablet of claim 49 , wherein the tablet comprises 25, 50, 100 or 150 mg equivalent strength of 2-methyl-1-[(4-[6-(trifluoromethyl)pyridin-2-yl]-6-{[2-(trifluoromethyl)pyridin-4-yl]amino}-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl)amino]propan-2-ol.
52 . The tablet of claim 49 , wherein the tablet comprises 100 mg equivalent strength of 2-methyl-1-[(4-[6-(trifluoromethyl)pyridin-2-yl]-6-{[2-(trifluoromethyl)pyridin-4-yl]amino}-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl)amino]propan-2-ol.

A method of treating an advanced hematologic malignancy selected from a group consisting of acute myelogenous leukemia, myelodysplastic syndrome, chronic myelomonocytic leukemia, myeloid sarcoma, multiple myeloma, and lymphoma, each characterized by the presence of a mutant allele of IDH2, comprising administering to the subject in need thereof the tablet of claim 49 .
54 . The method of claim 53 , wherein the advanced hematologic malignancy is acute myelogenous leukemia.
55 . The method of claim 54 , wherein the acute myelogenous leukemia is relapsed or primary refractory.
56 . The method of claim 53 , wherein the tablet is administered orally.
57 . The method of claim 56 , wherein the tablet is administered orally twice daily or once daily.
58 . A method of treating an advanced hematologic malignancy selected from a group consisting of acute myelogenous leukemia, myelodysplastic syndrome, chronic myelomonocytic leukemia, myeloid sarcoma, multiple myeloma, and lymphoma, each characterized by the presence of a mutant allele of IDH2, comprising administering to the subject in need thereof the tablet of claim 52 .
59 . The method of claim 58 , wherein the advanced hematologic malignancy is acute myelogenous leukemia.
60 . The method of claim 59 , wherein the acute myelogenous leukemia is relapsed or primary refractory.
61 . The method of claim 58 , wherein the tablet is administered orally.
