Abstract

A system of absorbent articles is described. The system includes a first absorbent article having a first pad length, a first pad width, and a first core width; a second absorbent article having a second pad length, a second pad width, and a second core width; a third absorbent article having a third pad length, a third pad width, and a third core width; and a product selection guide identifying the first, second, and the third absorbent articles. Each of the first, second, and the third absorbent articles has a caliper of 3-6 mm The percent difference in pad attributes between the first, second, and the third absorbent articles is at least one of: (i) about 8 to about 29 in pad length; (ii) about 7 to about 25 in pad width; and (iii) about 8 to about 30 in core width.

4 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the caliper of the first absorbent article, the second absorbent article, and the third absorbent article are within 1 percent of each other.

5 . The system of claim 1 , wherein each of the first absorbent article, the second absorbent article, and the third absorbent article is an incontinence pad.

6 . The system of claim 1 , wherein an actual difference in pad attributes between the first absorbent article, the second absorbent article, and the third absorbent article is at least one of: (i) about 25 mm to about 75 mm in pad length; (ii) about 10 mm to about 30 mm in pad width; and (iii) about 10 mm to about 30 mm in core width.

7 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the product selection guide comprises a correlation of the each of the first absorbent article, the second absorbent article, and the third absorbent article to an undergarment size or multiple undergarment sizes.

8 . A system of absorbent articles, the system comprising:
a first absorbent article comprising a first pad length, a first pad width, and a first absorbent core having a first core width; a second absorbent article comprising a second pad length, a second pad width, and a second absorbent core having a second core width; a third absorbent article comprising a third pad length, a third pad width, and a third absorbent core having a third core width; a product selection guide identifying the first absorbent article, the second absorbent article, and the third absorbent article; wherein a basis weight of the first absorbent core, the second absorbent core, and the third absorbent core are substantially the same, wherein the percent difference in pad attributes between the first absorbent article, the second absorbent article, and the third absorbent article is at least one of: (i) about 8 to about 29 in pad length; (ii) about 7 to about 25 in pad width; and (iii) about 8 to about 30 in core width; and wherein at least one but not all of the first absorbent article, the second absorbent article, and the third absorbent article comprise elasticized leg cuffs.

9 . The system of claim 8 , wherein the percent difference in pad attributes between the first absorbent article, the second absorbent article, and the third absorbent article is at least two of: (i) about 8 to about 29 in pad length; (ii) about 7 to about 25 in pad width; and (iii) about 8 to about 30 in core width.
