Abstract

The invention relates to a silencer for a portable firearm, in particular a pistol, wherein the end portion of the silencer facing the gun barrel of the portable firearm is suitable for fastening to the breechblock of the portable firearm such that the silencer can be moved independently of the gun barrel together with the breechblock. The invention further relates to a portable firearm, in particular a pistol, having a silencer according to the invention.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

1 . A silencer ( 10 ) for a portable firearm ( 5 ), in particular a pistol, wherein the end portion ( 11 ) of the silencer ( 10 ) facing the gun barrel of the portable firearm is suitable for fastening to the breechblock ( 6 ) of the portable firearm.

2 . The silencer of claim 1 , wherein it can be detachably fastened to the breechblock ( 6 ) of the portable firearm ( 5 ) by the end portion ( 11 ).

3 . The silencer of claim 1 , wherein fastening means ( 15 ) are or can be arranged on the end portion ( 11 ) of the silencer ( 10 ) or the end portion ( 11 ) is designed as fastening means, wherein the silencer can be fastened to the breechblock ( 6 ) of the portable firearm ( 5 ) by means of the fastening means ( 15 ).

4 . The silencer of claim 1 , wherein it can be moved together with the breechblock ( 6 ) of the portable firearm ( 5 ) relative to the gun barrel along the longitudinal axis (LA) of the gun barrel.

         5 . The silencer of claim 1 , wherein
the end portion ( 13 ) of the barrel channel ( 12 ) of the silencer ( 10 ) facing the gun barrel of the portable firearm and the barrel-channel opening ( 14 ) of the silencer ( 10 ) facing the gun barrel of the portable firearm are designed such that the front end of the gun barrel and the barrel-channel opening ( 14 ) can be brought into engagement with one another when moving the silencer ( 10 ) together with the breechblock ( 6 ), and the portion of the front end of the gun barrel that engages in the barrel-channel opening ( 14 ) can be freely moved in the end portion ( 13 ) of the barrel channel ( 12 ).

         6 . The silencer of claim 3 , wherein the fastening means ( 15 ) comprise:
 a magnet ( 15 a ), which is arranged on the end portion ( 11 ) of the silencer ( 10 ) and interacts with the breechblock ( 6 ) or with a counter-magnet ( 15 b ) arranged on the breechblock ( 6 ), or a catch ( 15 c ) which can preferably be detachably arranged on the breechblock ( 6 ), wherein the catch
is articulated to the end portion ( 11 ) of the silencer ( 10 ), or
can be detachably coupled to the end portion ( 11 ) of the silencer ( 10 ) by means of a quick-release means ( 16 ), wherein the quick-release means ( 16 ) preferably comprises at least one from the group comprising a dovetail joint, a screwed connection and a bayonet catch.

         7 . The silencer of claim 3 , wherein the end portion ( 11 ) of the silencer ( 10 ) is designed as a profile ( 17 ) that projects axially on the silencer housing ( 10 a ), wherein the inner profile ( 17 a ) of the profile ( 17 ) largely corresponds to the outer profile of the breechblock ( 6 ).

8 . The silencer of claim 7 , wherein locking means ( 18 ) are provided on the profile ( 17 ) by means of which the silencer can be locked to the breechblock ( 6 ).

9 . The silencer of claim 8 , wherein the locking means ( 18 ) comprise at least one of out of magnets, latching means, eccentric levers and locking rockers.

         10 . The silencer of claim 7 , wherein the silencer housing ( 10 a ) and the axially projecting profile ( 17 ) are formed in one piece/integrally.

         11 . A portable firearm ( 5 ), in particular a pistol, comprising a silencer ( 10 ) according to claim 1 .
