System for increased data optimization for genetic data

Abstract

A system for making clinical decisions.

I/We claim: 
     
         1 . A system for integrating data for a clinical decision comprising:
 (a) receiving first data over time that is provided to said system as a result of genetic data having a defined structure;   (b) quantifying said received input data using a monitoring inference engine;   (c) storing said quantified data based upon said monitoring inference engine in a database;   (d) correlating said quantified data said stored in said database in a manner suitable to determine said clinical decision;   (e) wherein a structure of said quantified data is selectively modified to include said genetic data having said defined structure based upon whether said genetic data is relevant to future iterations of said structure.   
     
     
         2 . The system of  claim 1  wherein said genetic data is human genetic data. 
     
     
         3 . The system of  claim 1  wherein said genetic data is plant genetic data. 
     
     
         4 . The system of  claim 1  wherein said genetic data is processed based upon an interaction pattern. 
     
     
         5 . The system of  claim 4  wherein said structure is modified based upon said genetic data processed based upon said interaction pattern using a time based interaction pattern.
