Abstract
Proteases that comprise an amino acid sequence that is at least 95% identical to the amino acid sequence indicated in SEQ ID NO. 1 over its entire length and that comprise, in the count in accordance with SEQ ID NO. 1, the amino acid substitution R99D or R99E in combination with the further amino acid substitutions of S3T, V4I, and V199I, display very good cleaning performance in particular on blood-containing stains, as well as very good temperature stability.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A polypeptide that is at least 95% identical to the amino acid sequence indicated in SEQ ID NO. 1, wherein the polypeptide has protease activity, and comprises in position 99 in the numbering according to SEQ ID NO. 1 the amino acid glutamic acid (E) or aspartic acid (D) and S3T, V4I, and V199I.
2 . A washing or cleaning agent, comprising at least one protease according to claim 1 .
3 . A method for cleaning textiles or hard surfaces, comprising a step wherein an agent according to claim 2 is applied to textiles or hard surfaces.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
