Abstract

Various embodiments described herein are generally directed to techniques for identifying the availability of an enterprise to provide products, for example, banking products and/or services. Embodiments may include using an availability manager informed by resource status data to determine if an enterprise facility is available to provide at least one product. In some embodiments, at least some data used to determine the availability of an enterprise facility may be collected from sensors and/or transducers associated with the enterprise facility. Various embodiments may include using a machine learning model to analyze enterprise resource availability to determine enterprise facility availability to provide products. In some aspects described herein, at least one record may be updated with resource status information, facility availability, available product set information, and/or estimated lead time information. In some embodiments, determined availability information may be communicated to a user, for example, via an application program interface (API).

1 . An apparatus, comprising:
 a processor; and   a memory comprising instructions that when executed by the processor cause the processor to:
 identify a login of a registered user based on receipt of credentials correlated with the registered user; 
 update a user status linked to the registered user based on identification of the login of the registered user; 
 determine a facility corresponding to the login of the registered user; and 
 update a facility status of the facility based on correspondence of the facility to the login of the registered user. 
   
     
     
         2 . The apparatus of  claim 1 , the memory comprising instruction that when executed by the processor cause the processor to update an availability of an enterprise product at the facility based, at least in part, on update to one or more of the user status and the facility status. 
     
     
         3 . The apparatus of  claim 2 , the memory comprising instruction that when executed by the processor cause the processor to:
 collect sensor data from one or more transducers located at the facility; and   estimate a lead time for the enterprise product based on the sensor data.   
     
     
         4 . The apparatus of  claim 2 , the enterprise product comprising a service. 
     
     
         5 . The apparatus of  claim 1 , the memory comprising instruction that when executed by the processor cause the processor to:
 identify a skill associated with the registered user; and   update a first resource status associated with the facility to indicate an availability of the skill at the facility.   
     
     
         6 . The apparatus of  claim 5 , the memory comprising instruction that when executed by the processor cause the processor to update an availability of at least one enterprise product at the facility based, at least in part, on update of the resource status. 
     
     
         7 . The apparatus of  claim 5 , the memory comprising instruction that when executed by the processor cause the processor to:
 identify a device associated with the facility;   collect sensor data from one or more transducers located at the facility; and   update a second resource status associated with the facility to indicate an availability of the device at the facility based on the sensor data.   
     
     
         8 . The apparatus of  claim 7 , the memory comprising instruction that when executed by the processor cause the processor to update an availability of at least one enterprise product at the facility based, at least in part, on update of the first and second resource statuses. 
     
     
         9 . The apparatus of  claim 1 , the memory comprising instruction that when executed by the processor cause the processor to:
 collect sensor data from one or more transducers located at the facility; and   update one or more facility sensor statuses based on the sensor data collected from the one or more transducers located at the facility.   
     
     
         10 . At least one non-transitory computer-readable medium comprising a set of instructions that, in response to being executed by a processor circuit, cause the processor circuit to:
 identify a login of a registered user based on receipt of credentials correlated with the registered user;   update a user status linked to the registered user based on identification of the login of the registered user;   determine a facility corresponding to the login of the registered user; and   update a facility status of the facility based on correspondence of the facility to the login of the registered user.   
     
     
         11 . The at least one non-transitory computer-readable medium of  claim 10 , comprising instructions that, in response to being executed by the processor circuit cause the processor circuit to update an availability of an enterprise product at the facility based, at least in part, on update to one or more of the user status and the facility status. 
     
     
         12 . The at least one non-transitory computer-readable medium of  claim 11 , comprising instructions that, in response to being executed by the processor circuit cause the processor circuit to:
 collect sensor data from one or more transducers located at the facility; and   estimate a lead time for the enterprise product based on the sensor data.   
     
     
         13 . The at least one non-transitory computer-readable medium of  claim 10 , comprising instructions that, in response to being executed by the processor circuit cause the processor circuit to:
 identify a skill associated with the registered user; and   update a first resource status associated with the facility to indicate an availability of the skill at the facility.   
     
     
         14 . The at least one non-transitory computer-readable medium of  claim 13 , comprising instructions that, in response to being executed by the processor circuit cause the processor circuit to update an availability of at least one enterprise product at the facility based, at least in part, on update of the resource status. 
     
     
         15 . The at least one non-transitory computer-readable medium of  claim 13 , comprising instructions that, in response to being executed by the processor circuit cause the processor circuit to:
 identify a device associated with the facility;   collect sensor data from one or more transducers located at the facility; and   update a second resource status associated with the facility to indicate an availability of the device at the facility based on the sensor data.   
     
     
         16 . The at least one non-transitory computer-readable medium of  claim 15 , comprising instructions that, in response to being executed by the processor circuit cause the processor circuit to update an availability of at least one enterprise product at the facility based, at least in part, on update of the first and second resource statuses. 
     
     
         17 . The at least one non-transitory computer-readable medium of  claim 10 , comprising instructions that, in response to being executed by the processor circuit cause the processor circuit to:
 collect sensor data from one or more transducers located at the facility; and   update one or more facility sensor statuses based on the sensor data collected from the one or more transducers located at the facility.   
     
     
         18 . A computer-implemented method, comprising:
 identifying a login of a registered user based on receipt of credentials correlated with the registered user;   updating a user status linked to the registered user based on identification of the login of the registered user;   determining a facility corresponding to the login of the registered user; and   updating a facility status of the facility based on correspondence of the facility to the login of the registered user.   
     
     
         19 . The computer-implemented method of  claim 18 , comprising updating an availability of an enterprise product at the facility based, at least in part, on update to one or more of the user status and the facility status. 
     
     
         20 . The computer-implemented method of  claim 19 , comprising:
 collecting sensor data from one or more transducers located at the facility; and   estimating a lead time for the enterprise product based on the sensor data.
